"Darien," I said as I wondered through a dark, cold, musky, abandoned, old house, "are you here?" I don't think that he knows I know. I know everything about him. I didn't know one thing though. Why he left me. I thought about what happened that day. The look in his face scared me. I knew that there was something wrong but I didn't know that he was hurt this bad. There was only one question on my mind, I want to know if he thirsted for my blood.

"What are you doing here?" He shouted.

"I wanted to see you!" I hollered back sarcastically.

"May, I told you that I cannot see you right now."

"Why not?"

-sighs- "I'm sorry but you already know that answer." He jumped down so I can see him better.

"I know that but U want you to tell me."

"Why do you like torturing me?"

"Why do you like ignoring me?" I said in almost a whisper."

"I heard that and I'm not ignoring you. You know the damn answer."

"Obviously not."

"I think you should leave now." His face tightened.

"I don't want to." I sighed.

"Why do you still love me after all this?" He stepped forward and looked me in the eyes. I was so caught up in his gaze that I almost forgot what he asked.

"Well, I...um...why wouldn't I?"

"Have you forgotten about what happened yesterday?" He started to get angry again.

"Have you forgotten about me?" I answered his question wisely but blushed at the tone I used.

"Of course not. Why do you I'm here?"

"To stay away from me but I don't know why."

"Because I don't want to hurt you."

"You won't. I promise."

"I don't think that you can make that promise."

"You could." I know I looked pitiful and that killed him.

"I can't."

"I love you, Darien."

-sighs- "I know, I love you too."

I stepped forward hoping that he would too. He opened his arms and I knew that I could hug him. The top of my head only reached his chest. He toward over me. I held on to him not wanting to let go. I loved it when I got to hug him. It made me feel so safe. I felt his cold, hard body and for some odd reason, I liked it. I wanted him to hold me forever against his body. Only a few seconds have passed but it seemed like forever.

"May, you really need to go." He said in a whisper.

"Darien?" I said as I looked up into his eyes.

"Yes?" He kissed my forehead.

"Promise me something."

"Anything."

"Promise me that no matter what happens you will be mine forever."

He looked at me for several minutes then he kissed me. This kiss was different. This kiss was rough and passionate. I knew that he sad 'I promise' through the kiss.

"I..." He tried to say something before I cut him off.

"I know." I put my hand on his cheek and kissed him back. He picked me up and layed me on his bed. "I don't want to go home, Darien."

"Haha, I know."

-sighs- "I wish I could stay here forever with you."

"I wish you could too." He layed next to me and held me in his arms. "I'll take you home later." I layed in his arms as he hummed me to sleep.
