"Roanoke City Bioterrorism Incident"

On September 24th, 2008 multiple terrorists under the command of A_ _, known as "Black Widow" released T-Agents into several public venues across Roanoke City, VA.
The T-Agents were released primarily on the Eastern Shore of Roanoke City, and infected civilians in 7 different locations, that were heavily populated.
According to Roanoke Emergency Personnel, CDC Agents and Army Medical Units approximately 9,875 civilians were infected with T-Agents and subsequently reanimated as Z-Type Biohazards after dying from the effects of the T-Agent.
Due to rapid response and training of the Roanoke City Emergency Services and the timely arrival of the National and Coast Guard, quarantine was established to wall off the infected portions of the city and allow T-Agent vaccinated personnel to evacuate and treat infected civilians.
Along with myself, fellow agents J_ V_ and D_ E_ and Black Forest contractors J_ C_ and B_ M_ entered the infected portions of the City to ascertain the T-Agent attacks.
In Location A1, or "Bob's Sandwich Shop," a laptop was found containing information about secured personnel in the Roanoke City area.
In Location B3, an apartment project T-Agent vials were found along with two reanimated bodies of the terrorist group. The bodies upon deanimation had no markings or any particular identification to track who was responsible for the attack. It is important to note that the terrorist group was diversified: a mixture of Caucasian, African, Hispanic and Asian members.
In Location C12, a shootout with 3 members of the terrorist group was conducted between myself and my party members along with RCPD officers. All three were unfortunately killed before they could be captured.
In Location D5 Main group of terrorists were found attempting to break into a warehouse. Black Forest contractor J_ C_ was wounded in the firefight between the terrorists and the party, and was killed by a T-Type Bioweapon the Terrorists had acquired.
Eventually T-Type was exterminated, and terrorist members were apprehended by authorities.

Conclusion
The objects of the T-Agent attacks are unknown at the time; information is still being extracted from surviving captured terrorists, including ex BSAA agent D_ M_.
What is known is the attacks were a distraction from the terrorist team's main goal, extraction of secured personal, S_ B_/"12198," from Safehouse 15-02.
It is hypothesized that T-Agents were released to both distract the Roanoke City Personnel and to also clear the way for Terrorists to find and capture 12198 without resistance from the Security Detail.
The backers behind this attack are still being investigated.
