Embodiment of Orange Youkai

This strange blonde girl dressed in a dark witch costume puts down her pen. She is apparently bothered by the fact that she cannot write anything else.
"Ay, me." She speaks. And looks at the nearly blank page with disgust. She feels stupid.
She feels stupid for wanting to write something as stupid as she is. After contemplating her decisions for approximately 1.1 seconds, she leaves her home in search for something less time-consuming to do. And something less stupid.
Meanwhile, a sunset is occurring somewhere in the world.

This strange blonde girl seems western for more reasons than one. However, upon asking her family name instead of her given name, she seems much more eastern. Her "western" name, apparently, is Marisa. Her "eastern" name, apparently, is Kirisame.
She flies through the sky as a witch would.
She eventually approaches another human-like figure.
This human-like figure seems eastern for more reasons than one. However, upon asking her family name instead of her given name, she does not intend to respond. Her name is apparently very ridiculously unfitting, so we'll just call her Orange because that seems like what she'd choose.
So the orange girl passes through the witch's path for one second, and what does she get? A danmaku battle and a beating.

A long time later, unfortunately, after mastering her martial arts classes, the orange girl gets a decent job standing in front of a gate.
In the same amount of time, unfortunately, after tinkering with mushrooms, the dark witch girl steals donations from a turtle-riding girl.
Eventually, due to the witch being drawn to the scarlet sky, she approaches the orange girl.
So the orange girl does not move at all for even a second, and what does she get? A danmaku battle in the form of a beating.
