Lost Sister

I just couldn't believe it! My worst nightmare was coming true. A few weeks ago I was perfectly happy, having all I could possibly want, until yesterday, when one of my worst assumptions was confirmed. I saw Phoebe with Scott.

Scott was what I'd ever ask for in a guy. He was cute, funny, adorable, down to earth guy and possibly one of the best guys I'd ever had for a boyfriend, till I caught him cheating on me.

I sort of knew Phoebe had a crush on Scott when we first met him. He was just buying an ice-cream for his little cousins, till I accidentally bumped into him. From the beginning our eyes met, I knew fate had brought us together. We then started to hit off and the next thing you knew, he ended up moving in the Hallowell Mansion. Phoebe and I talked about the issue and I thought she understood it, that she understood that he was MY BOYFRIEND! But I guess she did not.

It was on a Saturday night, where I was rushing off to see one of my patients and Piper was in P3 and Phoebe was supposedly working on a new article at work. Scott, well he didn't exactly feel well so he suggested staying home for some rest. I went to see my patient, Mrs Hellin, for she had just recovered from a stroke. Boy was I surprised when I saw Josh there. Josh was my assistant helper and he was always too busy to come in at night so I was pretty surprised when I found him there next to Mrs Hellin.

"Hey Josh," what are you doing here?" I hissed trying not to wake Mrs Hellin. "Paigey girl, just taking care of my old women here," he joked, tapping her on the shoulder. "You know," he continued. "I'll be alright here alone." Josh said looking at me in the eye. I caught the hint. "Okay then, but remember, Mrs Hellin needs her pills at eight k?" I said. "Righto!" Josh answered giving me the thumbs up. I laughed as I shook my head. Josh could be such a dork sometimes.

As I drove my land rover back, I could not help but wonder what Scott was up to. One minute he would be bouncing up and down, the next minute he would be dozing off to sleep. You just didn't know Josh. As I stepped to open the door, I heard voices. Surely it couldn't be..."Phoebe, it's you I want, not Paige," I could hear Scott's say. "Are you sure about that?" Phoebe purred. "Absolutely, without a doubt," Scott replied as I watched them kissed...

I could not take any of it much longer. Just the sight of them made me feel sick. I started to turn on the engine and put my seatbelt on. I drove endlessly, not knowing where to go. I finally stopped and got out of the car.

"Waiting for me?" a hoarse whisper asked. I could not help but nod. This was where I really belonged...
