A/N: So basically Toph thinking in the metal box about the Gaang and her relationship with each of them. This is like the first Toph and thoughts in the metal box with NO TOKKA! OMG!! It starts when Toph is yelling at Xin Fu and Master Yu to let her out.

"You think you're the greatest Earthbender but even you can't bend metal!" Xin Fu said angrily.

Toph frowned and sat down. He was right. She was a good Earthbender. A great Earthbender. The only Earthbender worthy of teaching the avatar how to Earthbend. But no Earthbender had ever bent metal. How in the world would she?

Toph closed her blind eyes. She felt like she was about to cry. She hated that feeling. Darn it! She thought as tears came down her face. Why was I so STUPID? She thought of her mother's letter. The thought of that stupid piece of paper made her grimace. It was because of the letter she was stuck in a metal box.

In her mother's letter her mother had said "I know the avatar did not kidnap you. While you were gone I thought of what you said. I just want to talk to you." Toph sneered. It all made sense. She had no clue what her hand writing was like. Neither did anyone else. So no one knew if her mother wrote it. Oh, it was a well thought out and flawless plan. Master Yu probably thought it up. Xin Fu was not that smart.

Toph's thoughts wandered to Aang. Her first student. He was becoming a great Earthbender. Never as great as her but pretty close. She loved Aang. In a sibling type way of course. Aang was the first person to think of her of how she was. A girl. Not a blind girl. Just a girl. He had chosen her to be his Earthbending teacher. Sure, at first she hated him for beating her at Earth Rumble but he had told her he used Airbending. Aang had really grown on Toph. Aang had even told her

Soon Toph's thoughts were on the young Waterbender. She and Katara had a close bond that was still getting stronger. She had also hated Katara at first. She seemed like the biggest girly girl there was. She seemed someone who just thought of her as a blind girl. But time fixed things. Toph had great respect for the Waterbender.

Toph's mind must have been very jumpy that day because she began to think about Sokka. Out of all of the three Toph was closest to Sokka. In fact he was the one she had never hated. He was fun and truly a good person. Toph's always lifted when she talked to Sokka or was around Sokka. Toph, for the first time in hours, had smiled. She smiled at the memories she had shared with Aang, Katara, and Sokka.

Toph felt the smile vanish. Were all the memories going to stop? Was she ever going to hear Sokka's or Aang's or Katara's voice ever again? Was she doomed to be trapped at he old home with no freedom? No! Please no! She thought as tears came down her cheeks one again. No! No! No! NO!

"No" she whispered very quietly. "Wait. What?"

Toph moved her feet on the cold metal. There it was again. Toph was positive she felt tiny, tiny pieces of… of… Earth!

Toph whipped the tears from her face. She was going to Earthbend her way out. She knew she was the best Earthbender on earth now.

I'm gonna get out of here, she thought with great determination. I have, for I am t6he greatest Earthbender in the whole world!

A/N: So what do you all think? Please tell me.
