"Daisuke, guess what! I got a message from Dark. He's going to steal the 'ruby necklace of love'. Rumor is that if you put it around
someone you love, they'll love you in return," Takeshi told Daisuke excitedly. Daisuke groaned, another normal day at school.
Dark looked through Daisuke's eyes, seeing nothing interesting he decided to annoy Daisuke. 'Hey Dai, look at Riku would you?
Come on, just for a minute?' 'NO!' immediately replied Daisuke. 'You like her, don't you?' 'NO… I don't think I do…' replied
Daisuke lost in thought. 'Good, then that means she's mine!' it was Dark's victory, not only had he gotten on his nerves, he made him
question who he really loved.
"Your attention please!" yelled the teacher, Ms. Yukyoma, "I have an announcement, there is a school dance coming up. Hand in your
forms by next week… Oh, yes. You're only allowed to go with a girlfriend/boyfriend. That will be all." The class went back to talking.
"I bet you're going to ask Risa," said Takeshi. Daisuke blushed at this comment, "Maybe…" 'Let me out! I want to ask Riku!'
screamed Dark inside of Daisuke. He chose to ignore this and think of more important things like if he had the guts to ask Risa to the
dance.
Satoshi sat in the back of the classroom observing everything. Riku walked toward him and touched his shoulder to get his attention. He
didn't even flinch. "Satoshi, umm… can I borrow a pencil my sister stole mine…" she asked. He realized that she was talking to him
and handed her a pencil. When their hands touched, was that a slight blush from Satoshi? Krad seemed to think so.
