Once upon a time, in a little known corner of the Earth…

There was an encounter that seemed rather insignificant at first glance, but this was the beginning of a long and extraordinary adventure for Goku and his friends. More often than not, these escapades revolved around the mystical Dragon Balls and the countless battles fought to posses them for whoever can gather the seven starred orbs can summon the mighty dragon Shenron and can be granted almost any wish…

From there, Goku's amazing story began as his many victories against many brutal and villainous foes transcended from the Earth into the very depths of space and time, growing in both power and experience with his amazing talent to break any limit thrown in front of in him as he quickly went from being known the strongest martial artist on Earth to the strongest being in the entire universe.

Time after time, new enemies arose, completely redefining the meaning of strength, yet Goku always answered the call...

And now, just like the Universe where Goku lived, there is another Earth in another Universe where another story of another group of heroes takes place….

This is the Earth of Universe 23.

On this Earth, many differences exists. The Saiyans race of Universe 23 has merged with the human race to ensure the survival of their race , the Namekians of Planet Namek has migrated to the Earth in order to spread their wisdom, and a third important race, the Majin race, was born and thriving on the planet.

For many years, this alternate version of the Earth has undergone many years of peace and tranquility, but soon, a dark shadow will cast itself on the planet and it will soon become a battlefield for the meeting battles that are destined to happen...

We now come to a brand new story set in this universe, focused on the lives of a young martial artist, his younger sister, and the many friends that will meet in due time…

And with that, I COMPLETELY revised the prologue. Here's to a new start to my canon DB Universe.

Yeah, sorry if I haven't been doing much in terms of story, guys. I just recently started college and because of it, I rarely had time to do anything nowadays, but it gave me a lot of time to rethink my stories here, including both this one and Story of Amber.

Like I said before, I want to finish both before I get into my 3rd planned DB fanfic, which is DB Multiverse: Bonds Beyond Time, so I'm going to end up redoing both this story and Story of Amber.

As much as it kills me to say this, both need to make more sense within my DB canon universe and I want to redo most of the chapters in Story of Amber anyways, I mean, it was good for a first attempt, but I made it back in highschool, so I want to try and redo it on the writing level I'm on now. Plus, I need to prepare to change things up in both stories, so that they can make sense in Bonds Beyond Time's storyline, which will end up being put into Xenoverse 2's timeline.

I really hope you guys can understand what I'm trying to do here and I swear that I won't let any of you down!
