"Did you do it?" Remus asked calmly.
"No," Sirius' voice was sharp and harsh. "did you?"
"I would understand if you explained, it seems so bizarre and twisted for you to do. I love you though, I'd make myself understand." That was the first time the word 'love' was ever acknowledged in their relationship.
"Well then you're a sick person. I know you didn't do it because the rat did, but if you did, I'd kill you myself." Remus frowned at the anger in the words that Sirius spoke. It wasn't a subtle frown but a sad puppy, hideous, about to cry your eyes out frown.
"You'd kill me?" His voice was nauseating, even to himself. He sounded like a little boy who lost his mummy.
"Don't be a little whiny bitch, Remus. You're a fucking man, act like it!" Sirius flung his leather jacket at the other, the buckle of the neck of it scaring Remus' jaw, this only made tears roll down the blondes cheeks.
"You did it and I still love you, but you'd kill me."
"I didn't fucking do it!" Sirius grabbed him by the collar, and hoisted him to the standing position. "I'd kill you before I'd kill them!" Remus replied by punching him in the the face.
"Fuck you Sirius! I would never ever!" Remus couldn't finish his sentences from his loud sobbing, that could be mistaken as laughing if one couldn't see his face, which was drenched in tears.
"What? Doubt me, because you bloody are! Why!" Sirius shouted.
"Yes, why! Why is all this shit happening?" His sobs were getting louder, and his face was red, his voice was getting horse, his nose was flushed and running a little, and his mouth was in a position that with out redness and tears, would make a really creepy smile.
"I don't know." Was all Sirius could say, his heart breaking. "I dunno, love." Remus grabbed Sirius' arms and squeezed them right above his elbow.
"Padfoot." He gasped. "We're gunna lose it-gunna lose everything. I love, I fucking love you so fucking much!" His voice was thick with a painful sadness.
"I love you, oh fuck I love you Moony, I do." He pulled him close in a almost excruciatingly tight hug. "I'm sorry, love. I do, I do, I do..."
"I don't want to lose you." Remus whispered because his voice was completely gone.
"I'm here, here and I love so fucking much!." Sirius' own tears began to fall.
"I believe you." Remus pulled back to look him in the eyes. "I believe you, Siri. I'm gunna fight for. I love you, don't forget me, I love you."
"They're coming for me." Sirius' heart sank as it all dawned on him.
"Run." Remus whispered.
