Mr. and Mrs. Dursley of number four, Privet Drive, were proud to say that they were perfectly normal, thank you very much.
They had a son, Dudley Dursley who, in their opinion, is the best son anyone could ever wish for. Sure he was loud and whiny, but that just meant he had a good pair of lungs. Pushes and kicks his parents whenever they denied him of his wishes? My, what strong arms and legs! No one could ever compare to little Duddykins.
Even his twin sister, who's younger by only a minute, Dacey Dursley.
Dacey was… peculiar. Unlike her twin brother, she was quiet and she cried less. She likes reading, from romance to mystery novels, and she usually stays out of people's business. Well, as long as it doesn't affect her. But like Dudley, she is spoiled by her parents, who thought that she is the smartest girl in the world. Though she breaks dishes and glasses whenever her desires are not met, she is well-behaved on normal occasions.
In the twins' appearances, Dudley was very much like his father while Dacey was a carbon copy of her mother. She had short blonde hair, a bony frame – almost like she's underfed which is really not the case – and long neck. The only difference is her eyes. She had dark green eyes. A shade darker than her cousin's – Harry Potter – eyes.
Harry Potter was Petunia Dursley's nephew. After the "car crash" that killed Harry's parents, the Dursleys unwillingly took the boy into their home. Although they liked pretending that he doesn't exist.
The story starts on one sunny morning that just happens to be Dudley and Dacey's birthday. Eleventh birthday.
A/N: Hey guys, I'm back! But my incomplete fics are not lol. I can't seem to continue them, but I have been wanting to write a Harry Potter fic, and now I am! I just uploaded the prologue since I plan on uploading the first chapter as the first book, so it will be long! Also, I just want to see if people would care to read a fic like this lol
I'm only at Harry's 11th birthday and it's already a bit long lol. See you after I finish the first book!
