"Ms. Temari would you like to have lunch with me today?" asked Temari's secretary Sana from the doorway of her office that led to the other young woman's.
"Not today Sana I'm meeting someone in the park." Temari answered.
"Ooh is it a hot someone from the opposite gender." Sana teased knowing full well who her boss was going to meet.
Temari just smiled grabbed her purse and went on her merry way outside the office building and walking the few short blocks to a beautiful park. Seeing a very attractive male sitting in a suit undoing his tie a bit she laughed sneaking up behind him and holding her cold soda can against his cheek.
"What the.." Started the man then he realized who had done it a smirk spread across his face.
"Troublesome woman can't you go harass one of the many other men sitting in this park?"
"Nah my husband only likes me harassing people I know." She said as she leaned forward and kissed him deeply.
"Huh, I think I like this husband of your's." he said smirking as she laughed at his comment.
"How's your day been going Shika?"
"Awesome actually, this really cute girl called me today and called me daddy and wanted me to pick her up." Laughed Shikamaru
"Wait what? Temi called you and not me." Temari stated ignoring his stupid play on words, obviously annoyed.
"Yeah she said their was no chance Mommy would let her miss her first day of kindergarten but maybe I might."
"No duh hun, she knows that her dad has easy written on his forehead." scoffed the blonde woman.
"But isn't that how I got you honey." Shikamaru said earning a playful slap on the arm by his wife.
"Ha ha you are the epitome of funny but seriously what did you tell her to get her to stay." questioned Temari.
"Oh I just told her if she stuck it out the rest of day I wouldn't tell her mother she had called me."
"Liar."
"No I just tell you everything it was one of the rules they told me when we got hitched."
"Shikamaru you couldn't have made marrying me sound more...what's the word I'm looking for oh yeah TROUBLESOME!"
Shikamaru simple got up and held out a hand to his wife with a lazy smile on his face.
"What do you say we go pick that girl of ours up since Kindergarten let's out in ten minutes." he asked as the blonde woman rose from her spot on the ground and wiped any dirt that may have gathered on her skirt off.
"Sure, I'm very proud of you for not caving to her sweet little voice when she called." Temari said kissing her husband as they headed to his car so they could go pick their daughter up. Little did she know Temi had actually only stayed at school because her dad promised her Oreo's when she got home.

A/N: Just a oneshot I was inspired to write after seeing a pic of Shikamaru and Temari. Written awhile ago apparently when I wrote it I couldn't think of a better name for their kid than Temi but oh well. Please review, but take note that I ignore the mean ones.
