Angie walked into the office of white chapel high on the phone "Dan I know hunting down that vampire is your top priority but if you haven't found anything in south America we still have a situation her in white chapel we need to deal with?" is Dr. Adam's there yet?" Dan asked "no he'll be here in fifteen minutes." Dan said he'd be right there. "great see you in a few." Angie hung up the phone and turned to see Dr. Adam's already there. "Dr. Adam's your early." She stated "you are annoyingly persistent my dear, I already told you I don't know anything." Angie smiled and handed the man a folder saying "don't sell your self short doctor I think you're a very intelligent man." Then Angie pointed out that over a dozen patients were checked out of a mantel hospital, and that his signature was on the papers. "Patients are transferred in and out of mental facilities all the time." The doctor said walking over to a desk and putting the papers on it. "Even one's that have superhuman abilities?" Angie asked the doctor looked up as Angie kept throwing out questions. Until the doctor drew a gun and pointed it at her, "ok I'll take that as shut up." Angie said putting her hands up. "never wanted any of this, but it was so much money." Angie flinched waiting for the bullet. Then a dark blur sped through knocking Dr. Adam's out and the gun out of his hand and into Angie's. "Angie are you ok." The girl smiled. "yeah, just in the nick of time as always." Dan looked at the knocked out doctor. "Angie that wasn't me he was already down when I got here."
Angie looked confused "well if it wasn't you then who?" Dan looked over her shoulder Angie turned to see a girl with blond hair in a black leather jacket and black jeans she sped away with Dan in pursuit. The two moved at super speed through the town to a outside basket ball court were kids were playing basket ball Dan started walking when some one whistled it was the same. girl time stopped as Dan sped towards the girl reaching out to grab her but the girl sped away as time resumed Dan heard her whistle again turning around. "still to slow skinny." She said stepping out of the shadows smiling it was Erica "Erica." Dan said smiling back.
