Prologue
I was getting ready for the concert when it happened. 3 Death Eaters came barging in. I screamed and so did my sister. My parents came running toward us "What do want with us!?!" Mom screamed. I could hear the fear in Mom's voice. We were all goners. Too bad none of us are Harry Potter. I thought. Then we could live through this. Suddenly a high cruel voice, like fingernails on a chalkboard, said, "There is no use killing them, just take the adults. This one here won't be useful, she doesn't look older than 16 and that one 13." It was scary how You-Know-Who could guess our ages, as I am 16 and my sister is 13. So they put Mom and Dad under the Imperious Curse and took them away. And I haven't seen either of them since.
Chapter 1
My name is Jen Clarkson. My sister is Melissa Clarkson. But we just
call her Mel. My real name is Jenna, but I don't look or act a thing
like a Jenna. Three months ago, the Death Eaters came and put my
parents under the Imperious Curse. They have not come home since they
were led away by death Eaters. I am determined to get them back. I
heard somebody say that Harry Potter is going to my new school,
Hogwarts.I just moved here from America. I have a STRONG accent to
prove it. Anyway, harry seems to have lost his godfather, Sirius. I
know a secret, but don't tell anybody. I MEAN IT! Sirius' soul got
sent by a portkey to the 8th dimension. And I know how to get him
back. There, see? I think I just might bribe Harry with that. I know
he's escaped Voldemort before, and I think he could help me get my
parents back. Before it's to late.but I don't want to think about
that. Its time to get to Diagon Alley, I think it's called. Anyway,
I'll go get Mel. Bye!
