Her mouth is stained crimson when she smiles and the blood of a thousand timelines drips slow ichor down the edge of her claws.

He thinks she doesn't know him.

She stood beside him on Mayan temples. Prowled the labyrinthine corridors of UNIT as his shadow. Snarls at Castrovalva, Paris, Los Angeles. Howls as flames rise and he EARNS the name Destroyer.

He's wrong.
