I don't own digimon no matter how much I wish and in this fic I will use
the English names and it contains Takari and the couples are Sora and Matt,
Ken and Yolei, Mimi and Joe.
Lost Hope
Tk was looking at a battle between digimons both evil and good. All the new and the old digidestined were there.
He looked in horror as he saw Ken getting killed by a lady devimon. He saw one by one his friends getting killed or in battle. The next thing he knew he saw myotismon getting ready to blast out an attack to Kari.
Tk woke up covered in cold sweat. He looked over to his right and he saw his alarm clock it was 6:00 am. He always woke up at 6 drenched in cold sweat from the same nightmare for two weeks now. It was also the time when his alarm clock would go off.
'Beep beep'
"Oh crap"
"Can you turn your alarm off Tk?" matt yelled through the door. Tk was staying over at his father's house while his mother was in France visiting his grandparents. He wasn't allowed to go because he had to go to school. (
Tk got up and finally turned or more like bashed the alarm off. He got ready for school.

After the last fight with evil in the digital world everyone was happy for two days and then Jedi told the whole digidestined that the digital barrier couldn't hold so many digital traveling as they thought it could. Already 16 digidestined were lost and when they found them it was too late for they were dead from falling from a high distance. In doing so the digital barrier was closed up forever.
"Then what would happen if the digital world was in danger again?" Tai asked
"When we need you we will call for you but you shouldn't worry too much since Owikawa's and the Sovereign (the four unidentified mega digimons) would be able to protect the digital world now. Plus we also have your crests."
The digidestined all new and old shared farewells with each of their digimons.
It has been 3 years after the sad day. Tk, Kari, Davis, Yolei and Ken go to high school and the old digidestined goes to university and only Codei goes to junior high.

"Bye matt" Tk yelled while rushing out of the door holding a toast in his mouth.
"Bye" Matt said while waving at the door that was suddenly closed.
"Oh shit I'm late" Tk cursed while eating his half-bunt toast. Tk ran across the hall of his school and just made it in class. He sat next to Kari. Kari turned around and said "hi"
"Hi Kari"
" Are you okay Tk you've been almost late for two weeks now?"
" Oh look the teachers coming" Tk avoided her question and plus the teacher really did come in to the class.

It was the end of school and all the digidestineds minus the ones from the other countries went to the campsite where they first went to the digital world first and had a picnic.
Kari was looking at Tk with concern. Tk turned around and saw her.
"Kari do you want to tell me something"
" Tk are you sure you're alright."
Tk nodded and brushed the question aside. Kari noticed past the two weeks that Tk's eyes were getting duller and he looked sicker and as if he couldn't stand gravity anymore.
Bright ball of lights came from the ground and slowly rose to the old digidestineds. As if automatically the digidestined held the light and to their surprise when they open their hand it was their crests.
The next thing they knew bright colors of swirl vacuumed the digidestined up in to the core of the swirl.
When they all fell to the ground to their surprise they were at the digital world.
