I completely freaked out, of course.
I mean, what kind of teacher made his student cry? And I had just been trying to be friendly too! I was so scared that I'd be stuck with the old, fake Shun forever, who smiled at her friends with a smile that wasn't a smile, and laughed along with a laugh that wasn't a laugh. I was scared that I'd never see the real Shun.
But then she had smiled through her tears, as I tried to think of something to make her stop crying.
