Battling monsters, Defeating great evils and an awful lot of running, is something Jenny is an expert at, being shot and dying gives you a new out look on life, the doctor was gone, the universe needs him, just because she couldn't travel with him didn't mean she couldn't help. So after stealing a ship and heading off in to the stars, she went looking for trouble.

It was on one of her adventures that she blundered through a rift in space and time. Jenny was just investigating some disappearances on boa-leaf, a very peaceful planet that to her delight had purple grass, the people of the planet where human like beings the only difference being their eyes were a little farther apart, they were very welcoming and friendly which was a nice change to what she was used to. Following the trail of the strange energy she had picked up with her trusty sonic bracelet, the light was amazingly beautiful but somehow felt wrong, it reminded her of a cut bleeding out, now when you see something that looks impossible and potentially dangerous there is really only one thing to do, jenny touched it.

The light surrounded and blinded her, she closed her eyes after a few seconds she opened them and found herself in a completely different place.

"well that was interesting." jenny voiced her thoughts to herself.

I'm on a different planet, that must have been a gift.

Turning to seeing that the rift had closed which meant she wouldn't be able to get back, at least she might have worked out where the missing people had gone.

Sighing once she realised her ship was still back on boa-leaf, she was stuck on an unknown planet with no ship and no idea how she was going to get her self off of this planet.

"Freeze!" a voice shout.

Jenny turned to see a good looking man dressed in a long coat and suspenders pointing a gun at her, behind him was a dark haired woman who was also holding a gun.

Jenny beam a smile at him. "hello, I'm jenny."

That seemed to throw them off a bit, they both looked at each other then back at Jenny.

"I don't suppose you could tell me what planet I'm on?" she asked grubbing the back of her neck, laughing softly.

The man didn't lower his gun, "Earth." he told her glaring.

"Earth As in the Earth, haven't been here before. Brilliant!" she told them looking around in wonder at all the building. "it's Beautiful."

"who are you what do you want with the Earth?" the woman ask tightening her grip on her gun.

Jenny looked at them confused. "Want? I don't want anything from the Earth, I didn't even mean to come here, that the last time I touch a floating ball of light."

They both relax a little after she said this.

"sorry, but who are you?" she asked.

The man put away his gun and held out his hand, apparently he had decided she wasn't a treat… for now.

"Captain Jack Harkness." his accent was deep and his smile wide.

Jenny smiled at him then looked to the woman.

"Gwen Cooper."

The man was looking at her strangely, he pointed to her bracelet.

"that's a Sonic Bracelet, there very rare where did you get it?"

Jenny laughed at the memory. "the King of slefcat grave it to me as a wedding gift, although I feel it was more of a bride since technically I was being held hostage."

The look on both there faces was priceless, utter shock.

"don't worry I didn't marry him, I escaped after knocking out his guards." she told him happily bouncing on the balls of her feet.

Jack was getting a strange sense of des-ar-vu

"I think I'll look around a bit I've got friends on Earth, believe it or not." jenny told them looking around trying to find a random direction to walk.

"sorry, but I cant let you do that."
