From Stromstad, Sweden (On the North Sea, close to the border of Norway). Decided to leave Sweden to go to America because she has no family left and wants a change. Has been travelling across the United States for the last year and randomly ends up in Bon Temps. Decides to settle down in Bon Temps because she falls in love with the quiet little town.
My first thought of Bon Temps was that it was something out of a fairy tale. Small and quiet, with a certain charm that I never thought really existed. Of course everywhere I've been in the last year feels that to me. Nothing in America is anything like what I have seen in my native Sweden. I'm an only child and my parents passed away when I was young. Since I was sixteen I had been waitress at small seaside restaurants trying to save money for a better life. Finally after six years I had enough to pay my way across the world to America. It was always a dream of my families that we would come here one day to live. When my parents got sick I promised them, that some day, I would follow through with that dream. I knew that being here would make them proud. So after twelve months I've decided to settle down in this fairy tale little town. The peace and quiet and solitude would be good for me…..
