It was an early when Levy McGraden got up. Glancing at the clock, she noticed it was 6 am. Damn she thought. Getting up and going into the bathroom to shower, she was pondering what she would do for the day. The water was hot enough to turn her milky white skin a slight pink color. She poured honey-scented shampoo onto her head and scrubbed her blue locks. Rinsing off, she quickly finished her shower and dried off, moving to her room to change into a red and white sundress and a pair of shite flats. She brushed her hair and put a red headband in it.

She set off for the guild, hoping that an easy job would be there, so she could pay her rent. Walking down Main Street, she spotted her favorite pastry store and couldn't resist going into it for a Nutella-filled doughnut. She found a table and pulled out a book to read while she ate. She didn't notice a dark figure coming towards her.

"GIHIHI, Oa, Shrimp," said a Tall, red-eyed man. He towered over her as she glanced up at him. "What you doing here so early?" He took the seat across from her. Leaning on his elbow, he snatched the book from her and flipped it over so he could see the title, 'Greatest Libraries in the World'. He frowned at her. "Shrimp, why are you reading a book about other books?" She glared at him with her Hazel eyes.

"I'm curious about a new library since I've read most of the books here. Also I just happened to get up early, Gajeel." Levy said, snatching the book back. She took a bite out of her doughnut, and chewed. "And the question is What are you doing out this early?" ignoring her question, Gajeel stood up and ruffed her hair.

"Well, I'm out to collect some dinner. Later, shrimp." He left after that, leaving Levy alone. She quickly finished her doughnut and made her way to the guild hall. Strangely enough there was barely anyone there so she went to the job board. Looking up and down, she finally spotted the prefect one. She took it and read the job, "Wanted: someone who can translate a book from an ancient language. Reward: 150,000 jewels." PERFECT, she thought.

Taking the job up to Mirajane, she handed it to her saying she accepted the job. "ok" Mirajane said, smiling at her. Levy went off the home to pack her things. She went to the train station and set out to Fiore.
