AN: So I had this idea in my head to write drabbles about how Nick & Jeff's childhood could have been. It's possible that there are gonna appear some of the other Glee character's but it's mostly Nick and Jeff. Hope you enjoy it ;) Disclaimer: I obviously don't own Glee, Nick or Jeff but it would be pretty awesome if I did.
The little brunet bounced excitedly up and down. Every Wednesday his mother would take him to the playground and it always got him excited like it was his first time.
As soon as he arrived on the playground he ran away to the sliding board because that was his favorite.
"Honey, please be careful!" his mother called before she sat next down on a bench next to another woman. Almost immediately he was on top and obviously he had too much speed because the next thing he knew is that his knee hit the ground. "Ouch!" he yelled but his mother was too busy talking to the woman next to her to notice that her son had hurt himself.
"You okay?" Someone asked from behind him and Nick jumped in surprise.
There stood this little blonde in a red T-Shirt and blue jeans with a Teddy bear in his arms.
"I don't know…" Nick whined "My knee hurts."
"Let me see." The other boy smiled at him before taking a look at Nick's knee with the wound where he had hit the ground.
"Ohh, it's all bloody…" The boy told Nick before taking out a patch out of his pocket and handing it to the confused-looking Nick. "You can take one of my patches with the dinosaurs on it…" He grinned. "They work ten times better than the normal ones, I swear! My mom gave me these because I always hurt myself when I'm playing. See…" He pointed at his legs which were covered in patches, still grinning at Nick.
Nick put the patch on his knee and got up.
"What's your name?" He asked the blonde. "I'm Nick." Now he was grinning, too.
"Mhh…guess!" The boy said, his grin getting even bigger.
"Nu-hu… Just tell me, I told you mine, too!" Nick pouted.
"Fiiine… I'm Jeff. Wanna see who can swing higher?" He asked.
"Uhm… sure! Why not!" He grabbed the hand Jeff offered him and they ran over to the swings, his wound completely forgotten over the enthusiasm of their contest.
