Code Lyoko: Combined

Homunculus has succeeded. Every world they've visited have been combined. Everyone's been separated. Jeremy must find his friends before anything could happen to them. (Be sure to read the first two seasons before reading this one. Also, I am unable to put three different categories of shows. Categories: Code Lyoko, Fullmetal Alchemist: brotherhood, MLP: Friendship is magic.

Chapter 1: Awakened

Jeremy stood up from the rubble and looked around. Homunculus was gone and so was everyone else. The last thing he remembered was the world splicer going off.

'Did he actually succeed?' Jeremy thought. 'Are all the worlds really combined?'

"Chris?" Jeremy asked. "Are you there? Is anyone there?"

He made his way through the still-standing tunnel and into the elevator.

'Please work.' Jeremy thought, pressing a button to go back to the ground floor.

The elevator carried Jeremy to the ground floor and he made his way up the stairs to the Central Command building.

'I wonder where everyone went.' He thought as he exited the basement staircase. 'And what of the worlds?'

Jeremy looked around to make sure there weren't any guards. He ran to the nearest exit and quickly made his way to Amestris' outskirts.

'What the?' Jeremy thought.

To his left, he saw Kadic Academy. To his right, he saw Lyoko's forest sector. And in front of him, he saw a familiar looking castle.

'I should go to the factory and see if Chris is still there.' Jeremy thought. 'Hopefully we could find out the location of everyone else through the supercomputer.'

He made his way around Kadic so he wouldn't get spotted by any of the teachers and students. Everything had remained the same except for the view of the other worlds near Kadic. He had gotten to the factory through the sewers once more and made his way to the computer room. Chris was found unconscious on the floor next to the monitor.

"Chris, wake up!" Jeremy yelled, running up to Chris and shaking his body.

Chris remained unconscious.

'No good.' Jeremy thought. 'Well, at least he's not dead, but what about everyone else?'

Jeremy stood up and looked at the monitor. The monitor showed Ulrich and Odd somewhere in Kadic, Yumi and William in Equestria, and Aelita and XANA in Lyoko.

"Unh… what happened?" Chris asked, waking up. "The last thing I remember seeing was a white light. Hm? Why are you still in your Lyoko gear if you're on Earth?"

"Homunculus succeeded." Jeremy responded. "Every world we've ever been to has been combined."
