"I love oranges!" Kuro said and bit into the one in her hands.Toshiro sat next to her,just watching with half-lidded eyes. "Want one Toto-chan?" Toshiro growled at the nickname,but said nothing.
Kuro looked at him with her big black eyes and blinked. "No thank you..." He mumbled. "Ok,more for me then!" Kuro sang and continued to make a mess of herself.After she was done,her fingers and hands were sticky from the juice and some ran down her chin.
Toshiro looked at her from the corner of his eye to see Kuro licking her fingers.
He shuddered slightly.
Kuro licked her lips and smiled at him.
"Why do you like oranges so much?" Toshiro asked.
"Why do you like watermelon so much?" Kuro replied with a smirk.He smirked back.
"You have juice on your chin.." Kuro blinked and looked down cross-eyed.
"Where?" "Here." Toshiro gently wipped the juice away with his thumb.
Kuro blushed slightly and looked away.
A breeze went by,causing her messy black hair to blow in her face.
"Hey Toshiro..?" Toshiro looked over at her with mild interest. "What would you say if I told you 'i love you'?" The blush on Kuro's face darkened.
For a minute Toshiro was silent and watched her.Kuro's face formed a frown and she bowed her head.As she was about to get up,Toshiro gently grapped her wrist.
Kuro looked at him with small tears forming in the corner of her eyes.He frowned slightly and placed his lips on hers.
Kuro's eyes widened and she froze.Toshiro gave a small smile as Kuro tasted of oranges.She slowly closed her eyes and kissed back.
They parted and a light pink tinge appeared on both of their cheeks. "I would say i love you too." Toshiro said after a moment.Kuro exclaimed happily and kissed him.Toshiro smirked and kissed back.
He didn't like oranges that much,but she made them a little sweeter...
