A poem I wrote briefly during lunch. It's about the Doll- you know, "Little Me". She talks about the other mother's plan. She's my favorite character, so expect a one-shot or two about her later.
Disclaimer:
Cherry blossoms are pink
Popcorn is too
I don't own Coraline
And neither do you!

My head is empty
My mouth stitched closed
Freckles on my cheeks
A short, pointed nose
A yellow raincoat
Indigo hair
My features are small
My hands bare
My two button eyes
They never blink
Though they stare
I never think
I only observe
She's the one who sees
The witch of the Other World
It gives her glee
She's planning something
I can tell
A trap of sorts
She does this well
My look-alike
She wants to steal
A bigger me
One who can feel
Will the witch succeed?
Or will her web fall?
I don't know
I'm just a toy, after all
It's up to this Coraline
To decided if she fails
Whether to be caught or escape
From the witch's spidery veil
But I have no say
I cannot take sides
I simply must stare
Through button eyes
