It was early Monday morning and sonic had gone for a run through the town. "Chillidogs here I come!", he yelled as he ran to the hot dog stand. "Oh hello sonic, what will you have today? Oh wait I think i know.", after the guy had said that he handed him a piping hot chillidog. Sonic grinned and handed the guy 2 dollars, "keep the change!" he said and before the guy knew it sonic sped off.
Sonic was in the park a few minutes later sitting on a bench eating his chillidog, "Time to take a bite!", with that being said he bit into the hot dog and yelped. "OUCH!", he had burned his lips a little and was whimpering his ears drooped, "D-Dang it that freakin hurt...". Suddenly somebody grabbed his cheeks and licked his lips. He blushed as he knew this tongue...Shadow! "Looks like the poor faker burned his lips, serves you right for being careless." Shadow mumbled and grinned at the surprised blue hedgehog. "S-Shadow what are you doing here?" Sonic's heart was pounding in his chest and shadow heard it.
"I just happened to be passing by and heard you yelp, and I thought I'd check to see if you had died yet or something." His mouth raised into a devilish grin. "And besides i have something to tell you...something I never thought would happen..". Sonic's ears twitched, "What is it shadow, you can tell me we're friends right?". Shadow blushed a deep crimson seeing the innocent look on Sonic's face. "I-I...Sonic i l-...", suddenly sonic tackled shadow to the soft grass and kissed him softly his eyes closed. "mph..." Shadow's words were muffled and his eyes wide. Sonic took the opportunity to slip his tongue into shadow's warm mouth, and their tongues wrestled as shadow closed his eyes and melted into the kiss.
Sonic ended the heavenly kiss and whispered, "Shadow I love you, please be my mate.", and he purred softly rubbing against shadow. "Sonic I love you to of course i'll be your mate...And i'll protect you forever." Shadow hugged him tightly and shadow took sonic home and spent the night waiting for the next morning of excitement.
