This story is tribute to my amazing friend and reviewer, Spidey.
She will be leaving fanfiction for the most part of the next year, to complete her final year in highschool.
She will be missed but I want her to remember this isn't the end. I'll be here when you get back my friend.
I look into the eyes of my best friend. The corners of her lips turn into a smile.
"You know this isn't the end of our story right? Our friendship doesn't end here just because I'll be studying in Italy." I mention.
"I know, I know. I'm still gonna miss you, you dummy." Marinette teases.
"Well, duh, how could you not miss the one and only Chat Noir?" I joke.
Marinette scoffs.
"I think what you meant to say is I'm going to miss you and call you every day to check up on you, Ladybug."
This brings a bright laugh from both of us and I pull Mari into a tight hug.
When things settle down I whisper in her ear.
"I will miss you M'lady. More than you'll ever know."
"This isn't goodbye," she mumbles.
"No, just the beginning of a new chapter in our lives. Just remember it's only a few months."
"Je t'aime mon Chat Noir."
"Je T'aime ma Ladybug."
"à bientôt"
"Oui, à bientôt."
