Challenge of the Justice League
Prelude
After coming back from their mission, the Sailor Soldiers went to see the Justice League founding members to see if their membership was accepted. Fortunately, the people at the battle school sent a message to the League explaining the attack and the Heartless that threatened the entire station and how Sailor Moon, Sailor Mars, Sailor Venus, Sailor Mercury, and Sailor Jupiter (the Inner Soldiers) saved them all. Unfortunately, the founding members were skeptical of the claim. When the Heartless attacked, the security cameras were all shut off, and some of the founding members saw their story as farfetched and believed that the girls could have used their wealth to bribe the people at the station into doing what they wanted. This skepticism came after the release of a video of the Inner Soldiers, except Sailor Mercury, getting drunk on a party boat in Amsterdam. They even took into account the fact that they went to the station for personal reasons before completing the mission assigned. Sailor Saturn, Sailor Uranus, Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Pluto (the Outer Soldiers) were all ready working on the mission and were excluded from the punishment. To make sure that they were telling the truth about the Heartless attack, the Inner Soldiers were assigned to be evaluated in the field by a League member to prove their commitment to their duties as superheroes.
