Spencer Reid knocked on the door of his girlfriend's apartment.
"Come in," called out Jennifer Jareau.
Spencer opened the door, walked in and was immediately greeted by JJ's four year old son, Henry.
"Hi, 'Pencer. Come play with me!" Henry said cheerfully.
"Hey, Spence," JJ said standing up in her toes to kiss him on the cheek, "Garcia is running a bit behind because of traffic, so we'll have to wait until she gets here."
"No problem," Spencer smiled and said, "That gives me time to hang out with my favorite little buddy."
"Yay!" cheered Henry, "Play Angry Birds with me 'Pence."
"Angry Birds?" Spencer asked casting a confused look over at JJ.
"It's an app on the iPad," JJ tried to explain.
"You don't know what Angry Birds is, 'pencer?" Henry asked astonished.
"Nope, I've never played it before buddy." Spencer replied.
Henry giggled, "I'm gonna teach you then."
As JJ's phone rang, she stepped out of the room to answer it, and Henry began to teach Spencer all about Angry Birds.
"Hey, Pen," said JJ on the phone.
"I am so sorry I'm late my fellow blonde goddess. There was a wreck involving life flight and idiots in this city do not know how to drive," Penelope explained.
"It's not a problem, Garcia. Henry is having a ball explains Angry Birds to Spencer," JJ laughed.
"Wait, the genius doesn't know what Angry Birds is?" Garcia asked laughing.
"He had no idea what Henry was talking about when he first mentioned it," JJ laughed as well.
From the other room JJ heard Henry say, "No, not like that 'pencer. You're doing it wrong."
JJ hung up the phone and joined her boys again in the living room laughing at the frustrated expressions on both of their faces.
"He can't beat it, Mommy," said Henry clearly upset.
Spencer let out an exasperated sigh, "It's completely illogical. Why would a bird be able to collapse a structure to kill pigs? The pigs are green instead of their common pinks or browns. A single bird can't split into three separate birds or lay an explosive egg."
At that moment, there was a knock on the door interrupting Spencer's rant, and Penelope joined them in the living room.
"Aunt 'nelope! Come play Angry Birds with me," Henry shrieked snatching the iPad away from Spencer.
"You two have fun. Be good for Aunt Penelope, Henry," JJ called as she pulled Spencer out the door.
"That game was completely illogical. I don't get Henry's fascination with it," Spencer said obviously still frustrated that he couldn't figure out the game.
"You have an IQ of 187, an eidetic memory, and you can't even figure out a kid's game," JJ laughed poking fun at her boyfriend causing him to blush.
"You know I don't spend time with stuff like that," Spencer said embarrassed.
JJ took Spencer's face in her hands, gently kissed him on the lips, and said, "I love you just the way you are. Don't you ever change."
Blushing again, Spencer smiled and kissed her again.
