Today's GameBang was another dancing game, and Lasercorn was nervous. After his fiancée left him two months ago, he realize that he was in love with a nerd name Joshua. He had it all set up. He had picked the songs that Josh couldn't do well, and the others could. All he had left to do was flop his own.
"God, Lasercorn, why are you sucking so much today?" Asked Anthony jokingly." I don't know?! This is hard!" David yelled back, smirking inside his head.
"Today, you fan-girls are getting a 'Jovencorn' dance!" Announced Sohinki. Mari clapped, and Ian pretended to cry about no Iancorn, but the only thing on David's mind was what was about to occur. He waited patiently through the song. He had danced through it last night and figured out where a 'romantic' dip would be. Just as Joven went to pull him back up, the other four dying from their laughter in the background, David sucked in the breath.
As the two were face-to-face, David reached up and wrapped his arms around Josh's neck before he could chicken out. When their eyes met, David leaned up and pressed his lips against Joshua's. It felt like pure bliss for about five seconds before the world went black.
"David? Hey guys, I think he's waking up!" Was the first thing he heard as he opened his eyes. He blinked as he noticed Josh was red face hovering over his."I'm so sorry! I accidentally dropped you!"
Lasercorn could not help but chuckle at that. "Way to ruin the moment." He groaned rubbing his head."Can we try again?" Jovenshire asked shyly, still embarrassed about dropping him. "Does that mean-" David got cut off by a nod from the Jovenshire.
"I'm willing to give this a shot if you are."
David wasted no time, sitting up and kissing him, ignoring his other friends cooling about how. Jovencorn (Even though they would later insist on Lasershire) was real.
"I think this is the start of something new," Joshua murmured a few minutes later. "Really, dork? A hHgh School Musical reference?"David said, shoving the Batman nerd gently. "I'm your dork!" Joshua cried out, hugging David. And David smiled. Because he was. Always and forever.
