Prologue:
A single light is all that she saw as she floated down towards the murky bottom of the lake.
It was rather small and hovered just above the lakes surface. She felt that, if she just reached her hand up, she could grab it. She continued to watch the light as it hovered closer and closer. She heard a faint yelling from above the water. But she didn't pay any attention...for, today, was the day she would die. A small, sad smile graced her lips as she embraced the darkness that claimed her.
