"Well fuck you then!" Kacey yelled at Chris.
"Was that an offer?" Chris pretended to leer. Kacey just laughed and rolled her eyes. Taylor snickered at their antics and said, "Calm yo' tits Kacey!" Causing everyone else to laugh as well.
"I'm hungry!" Vanessa complained.
"You're always hungry," jibed Dianne dodging people coming the opposite direction. Vanessa sniffed and crossed her arms in disdain, "Shut up." A second later she grinned and quickly turned toward Marissa.
"Well it's the end of your first year here. How'd you like it?" Marissa grinned in reply and replied with, "Glad I moved here!"
"Awesome! OW! The hell Kacey?"
"You said awesome again," Kacey stated simply. Vanessa pouted and rubbed her now sore arm. Once in the lunch line Taylor asked Kacey," So why'd you punch Vanessa?" Kaitlyn, silent through the walk, nodded her head also wondering the same thing. While Vanessa unconsciously rubbed her arm in remembrance of the pain, Kacey explained, "Well a few weeks ago, she told me she was saying the word 'awesome' too much, so she told me that every time she said, to punch her." Chris snorted and exclaimed, "I swear you're a masochist!" Vanessa's jaw dropped and said defensively, "I'm not!"
They finally got their food and headed to their customary table. As everyone sat down, Kaitlyn saw something white sticking to the underside of the table. She picked it up and her eyes widened at what was printed on the seemingly innocent paper.
"Hey guys," Kaitlyn said. Everyone stopped chattering and looked at her.
"It says there's gonna be a Hogwarts Exchange program for Juniors next year." Complete silence, then, "WHAT!"
