I am ocassionally posting small imagines on tumblr (most fandoms I haven't any writing experience with), and I thought I could try to post them on here too.

You were riding the elevator together with Tony, your best friend. He was just as excited to introduce you to his team as you were to finally meet them.

"Don't worry about Bishop and Abby, Y/N, they will like you. McGoo will too. And I am almost certain that Gibbs won't head slap you."

"Thanks, Tony, that's calming!", you gently snark at him, rolling your eyes. In the next moment the doors opened and you followed your best friend towards a small desk-area. A blond woman was already sitting there and you asumed that it was Ellie. She looked up and smiled.

"Tony, I was wondering where you were, you're normally the first to be here in the morning together with Gibbs. Whom did you bring with you?"

"Bishop that's Y/N, my best friend.Y/N that's Ellie Bishop." The two of you shook hands and started talking a bit while Tony was putting away his things.

"So, how long do you know Tony, Y/N?"

"Since we both were 5 years old, I could tell you some interesting stories", you wink at her and the both of you started to laugh. Neither of you noticed McGee until you heard Tony's voice again.

"Don't ask me, McCurious. I don't even wanna know." You looked up to see both men looking at you and Bishop. You smiled at Tim and introduced yourself to him:

"Hey, I assume that your Tim? I'm Y/N, Tony brought me with him today."

"And why didn't I know about that, DiNozzo?", sounded a gruff voice from behind you.

"Actually, you did Boss. I told you last week."

So this was the famouse Gibbs Tony had warned you of. He just glared at Tony, but turned to you to shake your hand nonetheless.

"Gibbs.", was his clipped introduction as you took his hand firmly. He seemed a bit surprised about that, but you decided to ignore it and have some fun with the man.

"I'm Y/N. So, you're human? Like one hundred percent actual human? I've heard scary things about you."

You noticed that Tony stared at you wide-eyed and McGee and Bishop exchanged horrified glances with each other. Gibbs just smirked and amusment shone in his eyes.

"I am not as bad as they make me out to be, you know."

"Quiet, evil-one"

"ohh, name-calling, how fearsome", chuckled Gibbs and made his way over to his desk.

The whole team just stared at you in awe.

"She didn't even get a head slap…", muttered Tony as he stared at his boss in confusion.

"But you will get one if you don't start working soon, DiNozzo!", came the gruff answer.

So the team settled at their desks and started working on cold cases, ocassionally glancing at you in awe, while you were watching Tony and heping him a bit.
