Disclaimer: I do not own Harry Potter, unfortunately.

A/N: This poem is from Severus Snape's point of view, about his feelings towards Lily in their seventh year.

I used to stand by her side

Until my foul mouth lied.

A mudblood she is not

And, its moments like this that should be forgot

Now she is seen in Potter's reach

Can't she see all he does is leech?

But, I have lost my chance

We will never complete a loving dance

Lily is engaged now

But, I Severus Snape will never forget that fateful row.
