When I looked under I was greeted by her head, there was nobody. Just her head… Her face was pale an scared just like it was. That night… I screamed loudly an jumped back, falling onto the floor. Making a loud thump, which made my Mum rush up the stairs. When she walked in she just looked at me like I was crazy. 'Wait am I?...' I looked at my Mom an looked back at where I found the head, but it was gone. "What the heck? Why did you jump?" I felt stupid because it was gone. "Sorry…" I said that. She just left, I sat back up an waiting there, waiting for her head to pop up, but it never did. I decided to stop waiting, an just got up an sat on my bed, playing on my phone. I got a text from an old friend I haven't seen for a few years. 'Hey, Spence! It's me, Victor!" "Wow… He still remembers me. Surprising." I replied back pretty quick, 'Hey! How are you?'
Victor I'm good! How are you?
Spencer Eh, I've been okay.
Victor Nice profile pic! ;)
Spencer Thanks?
Victor Want to meet up?
Spencer Sure!
After that, the conversation ended. They decided to meet up at the park, to chat.
"Hey!" Victor yelled trying to get Spencer's attention, Spencer looked back and waved. "Hello!" Spencer replied with a smile on his face, embracing his childhood friend. He could feel Victor's arms wrap around his waist, it made his heart flutter. The hug broke, "How have you been?" Victor asked with a small smirk tugging at the corner of his lips. Spencer felt a shiver go up his spine, as the things that have happened recently ran through his head, "Fine..." Spencer said, with no smile at all. 'Why does he look so gloomy?' Victor asked himself, the question kept running through his head. They slowly made their way throw the woods, straight down the trail. Spencer could feel their hands rub against each other slightly. Suddenly Spencer felt something rub against his back, it was cold... Spencer sighed, trying to put his fears behind him. Spencer stopped in his tracks, his eyes were closed. He dropped to his knees, covering his face with his hair. Victor walked towards him lifting his head up, tears glistened in the light. "I'm here now, calm down," Victor whispered in his ear, sending chills down Spencer's back.
