Yes, I know this is against the rule, but I've been looking for this story forever and a day and at this point, I'm slightly convinced I might have dreamed up ever reading it.
Anyways, I'm looking for a very old Grell/ Sebastian story where Ciel orders Sebastian to give Grell what he wants as his reward for helping them. Except that Sebastian ends up scarring Grell away with his intensity. So Grell runs and Sebastian begins to hunt him down to the point that Grell has no choice but to hide in the only place Sebastian won't look for him. Grell ends up pretending to be a dog demon and Ciel's new butler which leads to Grell and Ciel to develop a father/son bond that upsets Sebastian. Somewhere along the way Sebastian discovers who Grell really is, Alois gets brought into this weird family mix, and Ciel becomes a demon and falls in love with Alois.
