Author's Note: I watched an episode of 'Kids in The Hall' and the idea of doing this just kept bugging me so that I couldn't write my other fanfic. So here it is. Hope you like it, even if you don't like 'Kids in The Hall'.


This is the Davis I Know I Know

It was a sunny day in the park when Davis's (Daisuke's) cousin came over to visit. Her name was Krista (Hey, what do ya expect? I ran out of Japanese names!) and she was being introduced to Davis's friends, the new Digidestined.

"And this is Kari Kamiya!" Davis said proudly as Krista and Kari shook hands.

"Kamiya, huh? You wouldn't happen to be Tai Kamiya's sister, would you?" Krista asked.
"Yes I am. Do you know him?"
"Know him!? He's the best soccer player in the world! I've seen all his games!"
"Speaking of which, here comes my brother now!"

Tai was jogging up to where the younger kids were. "Kari, you're late. We have to get going or dad'll be pissed!" Tai said to Kari. Kari slapped her hands on her face when she realized that she forgot she had to help her dad and brother move inventory. Stopping to catch his breath, Tai said 'hi' to the other kids. "Hey Davis!" he panted.

"Tai! You know Davis?" Krista asked.
"Oh, hey Krista. Didn't see you. Yeah, I've known Davis for a while."
"Really?! I didn't know that!"
"Yeah, in fact, I wrote a song about it!"

Tai took a guitar out of nowhere and started playing.

The other kids slowly broke into an uneasy applause. "Well, that was certainly insane." Miyako said, with a sweat drop on her head. Just then, Tai and Kari's neighbor, Dave ^_^, honked on the car horn. He was parked at the edge of the park, waiting impatiently for the two kids. "C'mon, we'd better get going." Tai said to Kari. The two siblings ran off, waving back at the others.

It was pretty weird and stupid, wasn't it? I just HAD to do it. The song high jacked my brain! Well, now I can work on 'Battle Royal' again.
