Chapter 1: The Beginning
"Oh James! Why must you be like this!?!?!?!?" Lilly asked her boyfriend. They had been fighting for some time now. "Do you know how much I want to play Quiditch?? I want to play and win the World Cup!" exclaimed James. The whole reason this argument was started is because James had been asked to play Quiditch for Japan, one of the hottest teams at the time. "But I will never see you!" said Lilly. "It's either me or Quiditch." She added hastily. "Lilly, I have to do what's in my heart. I need to play Quiditch." He said slowly "So this is goodbye?" Lilly asked, tearing up. "Yes, it is." He said as he walked away from her. Lilly started into a fit of tears and ran out the door. She kept running, and didn't care where to. Then she stopped abruptly. She looked up at the night sky. It was a full moon. And she was in the woods. Alone. She knew what the full moon brought. Werewolves. Lilly looked around, now afraid. Out of the shadows, she heard a growl. She ran as fast as she could, and made it to a small village, the werewolf hot on her trail. She shut the gates to the small village, and saw the colors of the werewolf that had tried to kill her. It was Remus, one of James's old best friends. The wolf snarled at her, and she looked at it. She decided to sit down till morning with it, so she could talk to Remus. "Why did you never tell me?" she asked the werewolf. Of course the werewolf didn't hear a word she said, so it kept snarling and growling. She would have to wait for morning to come before her answer, and she waited all night long, and started to cry, for she truly felt alone with James gone. She was also afraid, but you would not have been able to see it on her face. Lord Voldermort, or He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, was still at large. She then started to think about what she wanted to do with her life. She wanted to be a Healer, or an Aurora. She knew both of them were childish dreams, but she still wanted to fulfill them. She then saw the sun go down, and looked at Remus. He was changing. When he was fully back into his human form, he asked her a million questions at once. "Lilly? What happened? What are you doing here? How long have you been here? Where are we?" Lilly laughed at him, and then told him what happened between her and James, running out, and then him almost biting her. "Well, you now know my secret. James, Sirius, and Peter were the only ones who knew. Well that is except Dumbledore. Never misses a thing, that man." He said smiling. Lilly then got a thought she had never had before. "He is kind of cute. It wouldn't matter since me and James broke up." She thought to herself. She then got a crazy thought. "Want to go get some breakfast?" she said "Sure" he said, for he always had a crush on her. Now that James was out of the way, he could finally take his feelings for her a little farther. They then walked down the empty streets, and he held her hand. She looked over at him, and smiled, meaning that she didn't care.
2 years later, Lilly had a small girl named Marry. Marry Lupin. James, after winning the cup, returned to Lilly, wanting to come back to her. She then had a small boy, named Harry. Marry was sent to live with Remus, because she didn't want James to know, and Remus didn't either. And that, my friend, was only the beginning.
