His Plead to Be Understood
A One-Shot by Kimberly Adams
Another little James one-shot.
Enjoy!
James Sirius Potter, what a pathetic name. Or at least James Sirius Potter himself thought so. He was named after two great troublemakers. Everyone expected him to be a brilliant troublemaker.
He loved teasing his siblings, but deep down, he loved them more than the world.
He comforts Albus when he has terrible nightmares.
He cures Lily when she has terrible days.
His mother and father expect him to be a troublemaker at school. He's already got a million detentions. But do they know why he got those detentions?
Once, he comforted his little sister after her first breakup and didn't show up in class. When Lily was gone, though, McGonagall found him in the corridor alone and gave him a week of detentions for roaming around without going to class.
Another time, he was helping his cousin Victoire Weasley after a huge fight with her boyfriend, Teddy. Victoire was at her breaking point, and of course for her, it was free period, but not for James. He had to be at class. TWO weeks of detention for missing class twice!
He comforted his cousin Rose after she got one detention. THREE weeks of detention for missing class thrice to James!
Then,
FOUR weeks!
FIVE weeks!
SIX weeks!
TWELVE MONTHS!
It was horrifying really. James' parents, on the other hand, expected him to be pranking people these times.
James hated it. He was far too misunderstood. And he had gotten enough.
The end of another LAAAAVVEELLLYYY story! NOW I'm going to go write another one!
