A little Teoph because there are not enough of them. It sucks, but it's better than nothing. And I was curious what would happen if I tried to write them with Teo getting kidnapped and shit and Toph going in to save him and shit. T because K is for sissies. ;)

I does not own AVATAR. Damn. That's Bryke's job.

Teo:

Teo was stuck. This was war. The bastards who kidnapped him let him keep his chair because they knew about Toph. He was stuck in the chair, in the same place, unable to make a sound tied tight with his mouth covered in tape.

Toph:

Toph's realization was very sudden. She was missing the talking wheelbarrow next to her. Where had he gone? He couldn't have gotten very far on his own in the maze of bodies littering the battlefield and she couldn't 'see' him within her range. Someone took Teo. The thought shocked her as she stopped playing, promptly killed the guys she was fighting, and sprinted away to find Teo.

Within an hour she found a building. She sensed a guard in front, getting just within range to jut a rock from the nearby cliff into his head. She passed around his body and kicked the door open. Then she found a problem she hadn't thought of. She couldn't find him.

Spazzy rotation don't ask:

She was here! Teo was amazed that Toph had gotten in when she killed another guard. Then he figured out her problem as her blind eyes began to water. The raised wood platform that was the floor was against bending. She was completely blind. He struggled against the restraints to call out unsuccessfully. He just wanted to hold her.

But Toph didn't give up that easily. Toph hit the floor to try getting to Teo by chance. She needed him. Toph hit a diagonal till she reached a corner, and kept pressed to the walls until she hit the first corner again, assuming that there were four corners. She hit an even diagonal that would get her straight to the opposite corner. Counting seconds.

One. Teo's muscles bulged trying to get out as he watched Toph.

Two. Toph was terrified. Anything could happen.

Three. She heard the heavy breathing of a solider. Kept going.

Four. Teo was mesmerized.

Five. Toph gritted her teeth against the temptation. She had to move evenly for this to work.

Six. Toph hit the corner. She grinned and kicked the man's ass. She stepped on his throat ruthlessly. "Where is Teo?"

He didn't speak. Toph sighed and crushed his throat. He stopped struggling. Teo's heart broke as he saw a single tear roll down Toph's face. The tape around his mouth was horrible. Toph walked in small steps till she was back in the corner. Then she counted three seconds walking to the center of the room. She turned a quarter around and tried to 'see' again and felt through a thin layer of dirt on the ground. It gave her a hazy image. The way she was facing revealed the most. A few boxes and three wheelbarrows. It was her best shot. She ran straight ahead and tripped over a box. She fell on the floor and kept going. She needed him. There he was. Teo's wrapped legs were the first thing she felt. She felt her way around to untie his hands. He untied his mouth and ignored the tears on his face. He was so proud of Toph as he held her and whispered soothing words into her hair.

"It's okay. Shhh…. I love you Toph. Thank you."

She crept into his lap as they both cried.

"I love you too."
