"Agent P, there's trouble brewing up in town. Doofenshmirtz created a ray that was supposed to make whoever is zapped fall in love with him. However, after reading our reports, it's safe to call it a 'love-at-first-sight-' ray. Everyone is falling in love with each other." Perry made a questioning look as if it were strange.
"Guys kissing guys, girls kissing girls, that's how bad it's become. Now it's up to you to stop all of this before everyone is zapped with that ray." Before Perry could give his salute, Major Monogram was zapped by a pink ray. "Oh Carl!" were his last words before he ran away from camera's view. Perry, seeing how bad the situation has become, rushed to his flying vehicle to stop Doof once again.
Perry dropped from his flying car onto the balcony of the Doofenshmirtz Evil Inc. building. As usual, Perry was caught in a trap, this time a giant, glass, heart-shaped vase held him prisoner as it rose from beneath the platypus' feet.
"Well, if it isn't Perry the platypus!" came a voice from behind him. It was, unsurprisingly, Dr. Doofenshmirtz. He continued, "It was pretty typical of you to come, I mean, I see you every day trying to stop me from me EVIL plans, but… Anyway, I built this love ray-inator so I could zap people to love me instead of my brother. I always grew up with him being the family favorite…" After this point, Perry zoned out and heard nothing but "blah blah blah" coming from Doof's mouth, until he zoned back in hearing, "And that's why I built THIS! However, it turns out to be a love-at-first-sight ray-inator, so it didn't turn out so great. I just keep pressing this button hoping it would actually work! But whatever, I'll just keep pressing this button to ruin everyone's lives and make mine much better in comparison. How you may ask? It'll ruin the marriages of married couples! Haha! Oh wait, but if they…" Doofenshmirtz blabbed on while Perry tried to tilt the vase to fall and break.
"… ineffective. Oh well, it's fun just zapping people anyways. Perry the platypus, how did you escape!" Perry broke out and assumed into his fighting position. Doof ran to his -inator while saying, "When I zap you with this ray, you'll fall in love with me, and that means you can't hit me. Haha!" He zapped the ray crazily while Perry skillfully dodged all of the incoming beams. However, he missed one beam which hit his tail.
"Haha! Perry the platypus is mine! Haha! Oof!" Perry still hit Doofenshmirtz.
"But how? He saw me first and… Ohh, I see now." Perry smiled and winked at him after he destroyed the -inator and turned everyone back to normal. He then jumped out of the window and parachuted to safety.
"I love you too Perry the platypus!" Doof yelled to the world.
