A/N I am truly sorry for waiting this long to start a new one or even finish the old ones. PLEASE! I beg for your forgiveness. Give me one more try. I've been having financial problems and it takes a while to solve those if you know what I mean. I shall start trying to write stories consecutively from now on. Now let the the story begin!
Toshiro Hitsugaya walked down the streets of Karakura Town. The sights and smells of the attractions around him making the dragon within purr ever so slightly. Due to his hard work, Toshiro had been given a whole entire two month vacation in the human world. That left his lazy ass Lieutinant to do all the work for him. Haha! ' That's what she gets.' thought Toshiro. She was always leaving all the paper work to him. It's about time karma came and kicked her in the ass.
Just then, his dragon alerted him of this beautiful smell within the area. You see, Toshiro and his zonpakto are connected mentally and a little physically. Inhanced vision and hearing are a few of the physical attributes. Therefore, let's just say that Toshiro is half dragon.
Once he'd been pulled out of his thoughts and focused in on the smell, IT happened. The scent was so strong it nearly brought him down to his knees. When he looked around and couldn't find the source of that wonderful smell, he nearly went birsirk. In his heart, Toshiro knew he was a dragon, that he had a mate out there somewhere, and would hopefully someday find her. He just didn't think it would be so soon. It was very rare for a dragon to find his true soul mate, due to there being so little of them. Sometimes their mates wind up being born ina entirely different species. It's sad, really. This is why Toshiro was thanking God that he was able to find his. And from the smell of her, she seemed to be a dragon, although a bit in the dormant state. That would explain why I didn't smell her before if she lived in Karakura Town. He'd have to be at least within 20 meters from her body.
' Follow the smell. ' came a voice from within his head. ' Of course. Why hadn't I thought of that ? ' was the last thing he thought before he rushed after the now quickly fading scent.
