The party was like a kaleidoscope; with its lights flashing, blurring together and it fascinated Axel. As he stepped through the mansion's doors with his fiancé bouncing behind him, he surveyed the place. He didn't know who this Riku guy was, but if Sora went, well Axel had to go, he had to take care of his little bunny. Even though he trusted Sora and Riku might be his childhood friend, Sora had to beg him to go. Since Axel didn't know how crazy… can he say crazy? This dude can throw parties. So, the exception was that Sora could go as long as Axel was there with him, but he started to regret that decision.

The mansion was massive, elegant decorations hanging around everywhere, bodies swaying to the music that the DJ was playing, talking, drinking or making out and he didn't even want to know what more than one person could be doing in the bathroom or why the closet is moaning as they pass by. Axel was glad that he didn't let Sora come to the party by himself. The things he can imagine, heck he didn't need the imagination when it was in plain sight what could have happened to his bunny.

As they reach the parlor where the bar was serving drinks, Sora was off to greet a crowd of people that he did know, leaving Axel to sit on the couch and watch some people play pool. Greeted with smiles and half hugs from his other childhood friend, Kairi and his cousin, Cloud.

"Hey, Cloud, Kairi!" Sora shouted over the music, enthusiastically, "How have you two been?"

"Great," Cloud answered, seeming a bit out of place at the party, "I still can't believe that Sephiroth would actually let Riku do something like this…" then he added with a faint blush dusting with cheeks, "and invite me to it."

Out of everyone in his family, Cloud was always the responsible one, never showing any sign of feelings towards anyone. He kind of had this poker-face default to anyone he meets. At least, that was what Sora thought, until Cloud met Riku's brother, Sephiroth, Sora had asked him to give him a lift to Riku's place and the rest was history. It was kind of like a game of cat and mouse, who of the two would give in. Give in to what Sora didn't know and didn't want to know.

"I know, right? It's a cool party but uh it's a bit much," Sora agreed as he glanced around, ignoring the last part of what Cloud said. He didn't need the moments that he had witnessed between Cloud and Sephiroth, assault him. Shivers ran arcos his skin at the memories.

Kairi, bless her soul, then proceeded to squeal, "So, I heard someone is off the market, Sora. Show us the ring!"

Chuckling at her antics, he raised his hand and showed of his new, golden band adoring his slim finger.

"Well, I guess it's what they say, 'always the bridesmaid, never the bride,'" she sighed dramatically and latched onto Sora with fake sniffles, that soon turned into giggles. She was truly happy for him, they had tried to date once in high school, but that was before Sora realized that he had no interest in women. They wouldn't have worked out anyway, they were to much a like and they seemed to ignore anything that could possibly be an argument, it wasn't healthy. So, in the end they decided to stay close friends and move on, falling in love with somebody else.

"Who said you were going to be a bridesmaid?" someone jokingly asked, joining their little group. Someone who can pass as Sora, if he was blonde.

Kairi answered back in her teasing manner, "Honey, you think you can fit into a cute, chiffon dress? Cause if you can, let me know, you might just save me money, time and trouble." She blew them a kiss, switching to latch onto them. "What do you say, Roxas?"

"Nah, I have much bigger plans in mind." Said Roxas, with a sly smile on his face, pinning Sora with a malevolent stare, over Kairi's shoulder. That look made Sora shudder with no apparent reason, right? "So, big brother, this means your unavailable. Unable to date, no longer called a bachelor? Completely committed to one person and that one person alone. How do you feel about all that?" At this point Kairi let go of Roxas with a slight tilt to her head, eyebrows frowned in confusion as she looks at Cloud.

"Roxas. Don't try and make Sora have second thoughts about this," Cloud reprimanded, but it fell onto deaf ears.

Sora felt conflicted with the tone of voice his younger twin asked that question with and nervousness started to settle in his stomach, like an omen, a feeling of 'be careful he's plotting something' his brain supplied words to the feeling. As thoughts raced his mind with doubt, he let his eyes wonder back to Axel and everything he was feeling flushed out, leaving him with an emotion: confidence. "Happy," he blissfully spoke, eyes never leaving Axels figure.

At that moment he said that Axel looked away from the game and met Sora's gaze and smiled. He got up to walk to Sora and wrapped his arms around his waist, finally joining the group. "What are you guys talking about?"

"Nothing," Sora answered with a heated face.

"Oh, so you're the devil who stole our precious little Sora," Kairi stated, turning back to Sora and pulling him towards her, as if she was stealing him back, "It figures Sora would go for the good-looking ones, but if he chooses you and he's bringing you to met us then you must be a pretty decent guy, I approve."

Roxas scoffs and shoves himself past the couple leaving a trail of perturbed looks following him.

"What's up with him," Axel asked, watching the boy who was a spitting image of Sora.

"I honestly don't know. He's been like that for days, since Sora announced… Anyways I brought him to the party thinking it would be a change of pace but…," Cloud shrugged shaking his head, worry gnawing at his mind. Something catches his eyes and smiles, "ah! I have something to do, gotta go, wish me luck. Ciao!"

With that he disappears into the crowd of people.

"Oh, sweet jeebus! My time has struck midnight. I must run home and pretend I was never here. Remember: you never saw me."

She then ran, avoiding the many people in the mansion, in a hurry to get home to her strict parents before her 9:30 curfew was up. Leaving Sora and Axel alone in the mass of people again.

"Do you want anything to drink, Sora?" Axel asked, with a soft condescending voice as he let his eyes roam around the vicinity; tossing his hair back and looked back at Sora. His mind supplying the weirdness of the 'friends' Sora has and not enjoying their company.

"Yeah, that would be great. It's kinda getting warm," replied Sora, fanning himself with his eyes closed, like a child would do on a hot summer's day. With a nod Axel left with a 'don't go anywhere, stay here' disappearing into the crowd of people on the other side of the parlor towards the bar. A cool breeze grazed Sora's skin from the open door leading into the garden and with a light sigh Sora followed the bait, the previous command left forgotten where he once stood. Sora found himself on a deck with colorful light trails all around it and another, outside bar. There was a spa built into the deck and a buffet with people and tables set up all around it. At the bottom of a set of stairs was a path that led to the garden, dimly light, contrasting with the loud, boisterous party within the house. Taking the path towards the garden into the more relaxed, calming area of the party, he admired the flowers around him and walked towards the cherry blossom trees. To his surprise the path lead to a person that Sora had never expected to see here, at a party. His heart gave a bit of flutter, a big flutter really but that secret was kept between him and his fluctuating heart.

Leon was staring up at and admiring the blossoming trees when he was startled with an excited scream of 'LEON!' followed by a body colliding with his, bringing him and themselves onto the ground. With a groan he blinked a few times to chase the dizziness away of the sudden change of position and once his eyes settled, he was pleasantly surprised, stormy gray met lapis lazuli blue and his breathing ceased to exist.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" Sora questioned, a genuine shy smile etched onto his face and his heart speaking much too loudly.

"Well, I was looking at the garden, before I was manhandled onto the ground…" He chuckled.

"Oh, right, sorry about that. It's just that you normally don't go to these kinds of things, so I was just, you know, surprised to see you here that's all."

"Yeah, Sephiroth invited me, so I decided: 'Why not. What harm could be done by going', but it seems that I stand, well in this case lay, corrected. I didn't expect to be graced with a concussion. Would you mind getting off me, please? You're not exactly light." 'And I don't think I'll be able to control myself with you this close.' Went unsaid, safely tucked within Leon's heart.

"Whoops," Sora said, blushing, ready to explode as he stood up and helped Leon up, too, "Well, anyways, how's life?" 'How's Rinoa? 'he wanted to ask but just couldn't bring himself to say, a feeling of confusion and something else settling in his stomach.

Axel made his way back to where he left Sora with two wine glasses in hand, when he realized that his little bunny was gone, 'What the hell? Where did he go now? 'he thought, while he looked around, the grip he had on the glasses tightened and tensed up. He'll have to reprimand Sora for not listening to him. Just then, the Sora clone, who had been waiting in the corner for the perfect moment to strike, had come forward to talk to Axel.

"What's wrong, Axey?" he asked with an almost child-like voice, "Did my big brother, Sora, leave you?"

"Yeah, it seems so. You didn't happen to see where he went, did you?" he questioned back, a slight feeling of annoyance settled.

"Nope, I didn't," lied Roxas, cutely, "Gee, I hope he isn't in one of those closets with somebody else." He took the drink from Axel's hand making sure his hand lingered there longer than necessary and sipped it seductively while looking at the red-headed man with a sneer.

Jaw clenching and a bad mood eating away at Axel's barely kept composure, he reached for his phone before he could Roxas caught his wrist and pulled him towards the couch he originally was sitting at.

"Why not sit down with me and get to know each other. I mean, I would like to know who my brother is really marrying."

"So, how did you two meet?"

With a disinterested look, Axel humored the young boy, retelling the story he so fondly loved and saw as a great achievement.

"Well, it was about a year ago when…"

Halfway through the story and had somewhat forgotten about looking for Sora, Axel realized his wine glass was empty.

"Would you like another drink?" Roxas offered, taking the glass out of his hand.

"Ah, yes please," he said, not noticing that Roxas' glass was still pretty full.

When he returned with more red wine, he urged Axel to continue the story: "So, what was that about Sora being dressed as a playboy bunny."

After the fourth story and many wine glasses, Axel was starting to feel the effects of the red wine. His vision doubled, he began to slur in his speech, and everything seemed to be so ridiculous. His mind supplied the ever-apparent fact that, Roxas can really pass as Sora, if he wasn't blonde.

Roxas watched as Axel gradually got more slurred and dizzier and smirked at his handy work. Setting his glass down he stands looking around then turning his gaze at Axel he says "Hey are you doing okay, Axel?". Snapping out of his gaze Axel looks up towards Roxas and sees Sora instead. "Tsk, I-I'm fine S-Sora. I thought I.. I told you to not move, w-why didn't you listen to me? D-Don't you trust me? I-I love you, y-you know that, r-right?". Roxas tilted his head at the response he got, such rough loving words were directed at his brother. Grinding his teeth at the irritated feeling, he pulls Axel forward him and whispers into his hear "Come with me Axel, I'll find you a place to rest with me."

Axel's breath hitched and chuckled at the comment and hugged Roxas nuzzling his hair muttering 'I guess, I can forgive you this time', letting Roxas lead him towards the hall. Roxas eyes roomed around the crowds of people, he spotted Cloud and he made sure Cloud saw him as he disappeared to the back of the house a cruel smile adoring his face.

Cloud was having a small talk with his friends; had been keeping an eye on Roxas and Axel. Turning away to respond to a question he was asked was cut short by a cold burning stare and when looked back to where Roxas and Axel had been, empty but he caught a glimpse of red hair. Directing his gaze towards the color he saw Roxas starring at him with a taunting sneer as he directed Axel to a room. He quickly left to look for Sora, instead of following them to prevent a disaster.

As Roxas reached a room at the far end of the hall, he opened the door and pulled Axel in. Closing the door behind him he turned towards Axel with a lust and possessiveness that sent a shiver down Axel's spine. Axel stumbled his way to the bed and plumbed himself onto it. Facing Roxas, he gave him a barely hidden sadistic laced smile when he looked into those ocean blue eyes but his mind retorted 'not the right color, they're too light '. "Come here my little bunny." Axel breathily commanded to 'Sora'. Roxas took the invitation, command? with outmost giddiness and walked towards Axel crawling on his lap, getting ready to kiss him. A hand grabbed his chin, stopping him from the action and slowly pushed him away.

"Now, now Sora, don't rush into things you won't be able to finish." Axel spoke, his voice filled with authority. "Are you finally ready?"

Roxas shivered with perverse delight at the voice Axel was using, he was vibrating with anticipation, with pride and the thought of 'how can his brother not have slept with Axel yet' ran free within his mind. He inwardly scoffed at his brother, what an idiot.

"Yes, I promise I'm ready, Axel." Roxas all but moaned the response.

Axel chuckled, crashing his lips onto Roxas as he ignored the red flag his mind was blaring at him 'that's not his voice, this voice is too wrong '. He didn't have to time to think why this wasn't right, why this felt wrong and how the body he his rutting against isn't softer or the face isn't as round has he remembered. He was preoccupied in devouring the mouth, so willingly and ready to submit.

Roxas was in heaven, how he longed for this to happen, only for it to be ruined by his older brother. Always getting what he wanted without much effort, everything handed to him with just a tilt of his head and that sickening sweet smile, no one saw just how revoltingly rotten his brother was but he knew. He'll show everyone just how pathetic his brother really is. He'll lavish in the hurt and betrayal that'll be directed at the red-head and probably him but he doubts it, his brother was much to forgiving or maybe this will be the crack to his pedestal. He felt Axel starting to remove his clothes, eager to get him hands onto the smooth pale skin, not tan.

Once the shirt was removed the shirt Axel descended to the slim pale neck of his 'Fiancée'. He started kissing and nipping at the flesh leaving harsh possessive marks in his leave. Whimpers and gasps were heard when he got a particular spot and with that, he flipped Roxas onto the bed pinning him. Axel let his index finger drag from the hollow of his throat towards his navel and then down to the band of his undergarments. Roxas breathe hitched and slightly jerked at the sensation he felt so close to his groin.

Axel looked up towards Roxas eyes and smirked as he slowly stuck his hand into his pants, gently gripping the warm, twitching cock. But the moment was ruined by the door crashing open and a small, broken gasp that brought Axel to look back with dread filling his being. At the door, tears streaming, hand covering his mouth was Sora, his Fiancée, who he believed was under him, lost his pleasure. And like a cold, freezing bucket of water drenching him, he quickly looked under him, yanking himself from the wrong person, a copy of his fiancée with disgust and horror. Laying in bed was Roxas with a shit eating grin directed at him. 'wrong person, told you so 'his brain mocked.

The conversation between Sora and Leon had been light and nostalgic from the times they were together, they became fast friends and Riku had told Sora that his position as best friend better not be taken from him. But the topic came back up and Sora couldn't hold it off anymore, he was curious.

"How's your girlfriend doing?" Sora asked, "I haven't heard from her in a while? Is she here?"

"No. Actually we broke up a few months ago," Leon replied, trying to keep this particular subject short.

"Aw, I'm sorry. She was really sweet and I really liked her, too. What happened?" he questioned though a bit relieved at the news. He shouldn't be, Rinoa was good for Leon but that confusing feeling was back.

"Uh," Leon answered, thinking of how to phrase it, "Nothing really happened. It just wasn't working out," 'because all I could think about was you. ' his mind whispered. Looking away and focusing on a flower petal that had landed on Sora's shoulder, he asked "What about you and Axel? Getting married so fast."

"Um yeah, kinda exciting really! But I don't think its to fast…" Sora laughed, an ounce of doubt creeping in, 'maybe he's right ?' it spoke. "or at least that's what Axel has said." That particular statement didn't sit well with Leon or maybe he's just be overreacting, the feeling of protectiveness creaking back into work.

"But haven't you only been with- "the sentence was cut short by Cloud rushing over calling for Sora out of breath, with panicked look. Both him and Sora look towards the panicked blonde as he came to a halt gripping Sora's shoulder, catching his breath.

"What? Cloud, what's wrong?" Sora asked, voice light hoping to calm the tension that the blonde had brought with him.

"You- you should go find Axel." Cloud coughed out, kicking himself just now of what he should have done, instead of this.

"Why? Did something happen to him?" Sora's voice a notch louder.

"Uh well he's with Roxas. I saw him being led to one of the rooms towards the back of the mansion." Cloud winced at what the implication of the sentence he just said and looked at Leon with dread in his eyes.

Sora stood still, unmoving and unresponsive, that statement had some reasonability and another not so innocent actions. 'maybe Roxas was helping Axel? ' he told himself, lied to himself, 'or maybe this was Roxas' plan. But Axel wouldn't… Axel wouldn't actually ' he cut that thought short because he knows, a smarter part of him knows 'you never really know a person in such a short amount of time.' It sneered at him. And he took off, running towards the mansion, shoving past people and ignoring the shouts of concern from behind. Leon and Cloud wasted no time to go after Sora, fearing the worst and ready for comfort dosed with a world of hurt it need be for a red-headed man and blonde child.

As Sora reached the last room in the hall after opening every other room along the way, he was hoping against whatever feeling was anchoring itself in his gut that nothing was happening. Axel had reassured him over and over again that he loved him, he also asked Sora to reassure him too, constantly that Axel was the only one for him. But the moaning that was coming from the room was all too real and an all to familiar voice talking. Fear coiling tight, he forced the door open, letting it bang against the wall startling the occupants on the bed. What a sight to behold, he saw the man he was about to marry in the near future, fondling his younger brother and enjoying the attention he was getting from Roxas. The face Axel made when he saw Sora was hilarious and guilty, a face that said 'oops sorry'. Sora cried, a hand covering his mouth as he hastily ripped the engagement ring off his finger and tossed it onto the floor as fled the scene into the warm body of a familiar comforting scent and a voice shushing him, steering him away from the shouts of the people in the room.

Log 2/7/2019:

Thank you for reading. I'm sorry it has taken long for the editing to start and finish but I am working on the other chapters and hopefully find the road for this story and continue it to the end. Stick around cause the story changes a bit but not from the plot, just that there is a bit more context? or info surrounding the characters. after re-reading it, it was cringy but what can you expect from teenagers with not much knowledge in these feelings. So hopefully with a bit more experience and knowledge the characters can be more round than their flat personalities they were christianed here. LOL
