Sacreddragon18: I do not own Shaman King or anyone in this story except
Lauren, Hiroku, Kenji, Celinia, Mina, and Shoken. This is my first try at
making a Shaman King Story so please don't make any rude comments about it
if you don't like it. I'm also open for ideas. Please review.
It was a dark and cold night in Paris, France. Lauren was walking home from her studying at the library. Suddenly Lauren sensed someone was following her. "Who's there?!" She yelled. Lauren then heard an evil laugh. "Show yourself coward!" Then someone appeared out of no where and grabbed her from behind. Lauren would off screamed if he didn't cover her mouth. The guy dragged her into a dark ally. "I want your spirit, girl." The man said. "What are you talking about?" Lauren was slammed against the wall. The pain was surging throughout Lauren's body. "You're the owner of the sacred spirit. Hand it over." "Leave her alone!" someone yelled. Lauren could tell it was a French boy only speaking English. The guy that was holding Lauren slammed her against the wall again and let go of her. Lauren blacked out. She could only faintly hear their voices. "What do you want from this girl?" Lauren then heard the guy that had asked for her spirit scream. When Lauren woke up she felt that her clothes were soaked. She then opened her eyes. 'Apparently it had started raining when I blacked out.' Lauren thought. "Are you okay?" Lauren answered in a shaky voice, "I'm fine but who are you?" "I'll explain later. I'll take you to my place for the night." The boy said. Lauren felt herself being picked up and then she blacked out again from the pain in her ankle. "Oh Kenji, I do hope she's alright." Lauren woke up. She sat up on the bed she was lying on and looked around. In one corner a desk stood covered in school work and history books. In another was a TV. Set. Lauren looked around some more and noticed that the room's walls were covered up by posters and a lot of other junk. Suddenly there was a knock at the door. Lauren stood up to answer it but her ankle's pain apparently hadn't been noticed by her rescuer that night. Instead she just said, "Come in." Two children her age walked in. "I see your up." Said the girl. "My brother saved you last night." "You never told me who you were last night." Lauren said to the girl's brother. "I'm Kenji and this is my sister Hiroku. Before I explain, what did that guy want from you?" Lauren answered, "He asked for my spirit. He said I was the owner of some sacred spirit but I don't even have one. I'm not a Shaman fighter." "He asked for the sacred spirit? Something's going on. Get your bag; we're taking of for Japan." Hiroku said. "But what about my parents? Won't they wonder where I've gone to?" "Have you forgotten already, Lauren?" Kenji asked. Lauren and Hiroku looked confused. "Follow me." Kenji, Hiroku and Lauren made there way to the graveyard. "Where are you taking us?" Both girls asked. Kenji finally stopped and nodded forward at two tomb stones in front of him. Lauren looked at them, "My parents are dead? How can that be? I mean they were alive before I left the library because I called home." "I can see things from the future." He said. "So that explains your actions." Hiroku said. "Now let's take a ticket and fly to Japan." The all nodded in agreement. 'Why do we have to go to Japan anyways? Is that where I'll meet the sacred spirit? I'm guessing the sacred spirit has been waiting for me over these years for me to come and be its rightful owner.
