Ciel woke up looked around his room. He saw that the windows were still closed so he figured it wasn't time to wake yet. He opened the curtains a small bit and peeked out. It was still pitch black and the moon was still high in the sky. He suddenly felt very tired so he decided to go to back to bed.
Sebastian walked in to the room of the young earl only to find him curled up in his sheets with his small body covered. He smiled to himself. His charge was surely amusing. "Young Master, it's time to get up now." Sebastian pulled the covers off the young boy. When the covers were off Ciel's head the demon paused. On the earls head he saw a pair of blue-gray cat ears. The butler cautiously touched the new furry limbs. They twitched. The demonic butler smiled a small sincere smile. Though they were rare they, for some reason, made him happy. A feeling that is foreign to a cursed being such as himself. He left the young boy and had gone to the kitchen to tell the servants to to take a week long break. Of course he didn't tell them about the young master.
Ciel woke up not long after Sebastian left the room. He looked at the cart with his tea on it. He smelled the tea and figured that it was an herbal blend of hibiscus and raspberry. Slowly he looked over the rest of the cart. He saw a scone and quickly grabbed it with both of his hands. He sat on the edge of the bed eating the scone, still holding it with both hands. When he was finished eating he wiped the crumbs of his face with the back of his hand.
The silver was reflecting the light from the window and was reflecting onto his pillow. Ciel's new cat instincts drove him forward. He pounced on the light. Getting himself entangled in his sheets. He started trying to get them off but then started playing with them. Soon he was tangled head to toe in the sheets. At that moment Sebastian walked in and saw Ciel tangled in the sheets batting at the corner. Ciel saw Sebastian and tried to walk over to him. The young boy fell forward. Luckily he was still on his bed so he fell on the mattress. He managed to get his feet untangled from the sheets so he got up and walked over to Sebastian. When he reached the demon he did something unthinkable. He hugged Sebastian. The young cat boy nuzzled into the tall man and purred. Sebastian was shocked at first, but once he got over the shock he hugged Ciel back.
