Title : Mouth-dropping.
Summary : Everyone at the hospital is forced to wear unusual shoes for one day. What would it be? Huddy
Disclaimer : Nothing is mine, except for the crazy idea of Huddy-flying...

This time, the staff committee had been very clever. Or crazy. They had forced the whole hospital staff to wear "unusual shoes" in order to reinforced "social-links". Meaning nobody should wear shoes they usually wore. Bets were running all around, and, on the D-day, everyone was glaring to everybody's... feet.
"What a change!" Brenda thought. She had to admit her curiosity. What will Cuddy, and House, wear? First incoming : the "big" boss. From where Brenda was, it looked like she was flying. As soon as she could see her boss's shoes, her mouth dropped open. Rollerblades? This way, she could be sure to catch everybody. Specially House. Even if his cane was already a good pacer.
"Good morning, Brenda. It would be useful if you could found someone to put up the notice."
"Sure."
The previous day, posters have been printed, warning the future patients not to worry about their doctor's shoes. Or mental health.
A few minutes later, Brenda saw Doc Chase and Foreman, in flip-flops (no doubt that House will mock them.) and Allison Cameron in very high stiletto's. This time, the doubt was whether she would be able to deal with a whole day of foot pain.
Two hours later, as late and carefree as usual, appeared Brenda's favorite nightmare : House.
ET's favorite phoning person : "ET phones House!!"
He was wearing...
"Oh my..."
She couldn't believe it. Her mouth dropped open for the second time in a day. Rollerblades! With a cane? He may use it as a support, to propulse himself. With a sarcastic grin, he waved at his best bullying-resistant.
He was planning to find refuge in the coma-guy room, but Cuddy was waiting for his arrival. She got a plan. Smiling to herself, she caught him.
"House, happy to see that you remembered where you clock was." She said sarcastically. Staring at his « shoes », she added. "Ten that I'm in front of your desk before you reach it."
She knew he wouldn't refuse that challenge. It would be the proof of his non-weakness.
"Deal"
Then, they both dashed throughout the corridor. Even with the help of his cane, House was slower than her. When he arrived in front of his door, she was leaning on his desk, and she suddenly told him, triumphantly : "You owe me ten... clinic hours."
"Have a good day, House"
She had a victorious grin. This time, it was House's mouth that dropped open. How mischevious she could be!
Later that day, for the third time, Brenda's mouth expressed once more her surprise. House doing clinic hours!? The warning about doctor's mental health may have been wrong!
