Ok, so this is the first one I will attempt to publish although I have a few others I have started (which are more SG type stuff). It's very short.
Lexi is a character I created years ago and appears in many stories I've written. Female, age 25ish. More info in another story I'm doing.
Never realised sites like this existed until recently so I though I'd share my stories. Hope you like. Feedback would be awesome.
It was the middle of the night and the only source of light for the whole room came from a small screen in the corner. Daniel laid behind Lexi, huddled close to her under the covers, one arm propping his head up, the other wrapped tightly around her waist. She seemed quite relaxed despite what was going on. He was lulled into a false sense of security. Something wasn't right.
He didn't usually get this close with her. However, he wasn't able to deal with this on his own, but rather than show it, he concealed his fear by attempting to reassure her everything was ok.
Something made her tense and she gripped his hand. He gripped it back, his attention drawn to the anticipation in her body and the screen in front of them. There was a loud bang and both Lexi and Daniel jumped. Lexi's body then started shaking and Daniel looked over to see she was laughing silently. He grinned at her. She loved scary movies!
