May looked out to the blue sea thinking of what she was suppose to say. Her dad had just called her and he wanted May and Max to come home. And May hadn't told anybody yet. She wondered why her dad wanted her and Max home. May heard footsteps. She turned.
"Thought you would be here." It was Ash.
"Yeah." Said May.
"What's wrong?" asked Ash. May thought for a moment.
"Uhh- well you see- I- umm." Stuttered May. "My dad called and he wants me and Max to come home."
"Really?" asked Ash.
"Yeah. He called today and he wants us home by tomorrow." Said May. She grabbed two tickets out of her belt.
"I already have the tickets."
"You didn't tell Max yet did ya?" asked Ash. May shook her head.
"I better go tell him." May past Ash, past the beach and into the pokemon center where Max was. Moments later Max ran out of the pokemon center and down to where Ash was still standing and began to clutch on to Ash's shirt. With May right behind Max.
"Max I'm sorry." Said May.
"BUT WHY??!?!?!" said Max, letting go.
"It's ok Max." sad Ash.
"Max listen I'm really sorry." Said May.
"I don't want to leave Ash and Brock." Said Max crossings his arms. "I bet you feel the same way especially about leaving Ash."
"What?" said May blushing. "I don't want to leave Ash or Brock, your right but we have to dad said so." Said May. "Now go pack your bags." Max stuck his tongue out at her and ran back inside.
"May." Said Ash. May looked at him.
"I'm sorry you have to leave." Said Ash.
"Ash there's something I have to tell you." Said May leaning closer. Ash knew what she had to say because he felt the same way. Ash leaned in closer to. There lips finally touched. But just for a second because Max jumps right in front of them.
"I KNEW IT!!" he screamed.
"MAX!" said May.
"I already packed my bags." Said Max. "What time are you leaving?"
"Max?" said May, "You mean we."
"I don't want to leave." Said Max again. Max ran off again.
"Uh well, I guess you should get going." Said Ash blushing.
"Yeah." Said
May. She leaned in and kissed Ash for the last time. "Bye Ash." May ran off to get Max.
"Bye." Ash whisphered.
