AN: So this is my second fanfiction. I never really finish anything I start, so I thought I would do a short oneshot based on one of my favorite songs. Please review, and if you could give me some songs you would like me to do, or

The crack of lightning jolted you up from your work. You knew what was coming when he snaps like that. Your eyes clouded over as he started to yell. As you lied on the floor, you thought of the way it was before. Before your mom died. Before your dad turned to whiskey. On the TV, it said a twister was coming. It's already here, you thought. It's been here since my angel died. You knew the rain couldn't wash away the sins everyone has committed. The wind can't wipe out the past. You prayed the storm would just blow everything away. Every brick, board, door. Everything. Every horrible memory triggered by the whiskey. As the sirens screamed out, you went to the cellar outside your house, praying that the storm would take away your father, who lay drunk on the coach. You watched the house fly into the storm and thought to yourself Goodbye Father. I always knew karma would come.
