Rio: Lost In Paradise
Author's Note: Judging from the $283,861,00 that Rio, now in theaters, has made worldwide, so far, there is a big chance that Blue Sky and Fox will make a few sequels, like they did with the Ice Age films, and I hope that they announce it soon,
Disclaimer: 20th Century Fox and Blue Sky Studios are the rightful owners of Rio, its characters, etc, and I am the rightful owner of this story, the characters I create, etc.
Chapter 1: Real In Rio (Prologue)
As the sun was rising over the horizon, the tropical birds of Rio de Janeiro were starting to wake up to a brand new day.
The sunlight rose past the Blu Bird Sanctuary, a part of Rio's jungle protected from smugglers, and when all the tropical birds were wide-awake, they began to sing.
All the birds of a feather
Do what they love most of all
We are the best at rhythm and laughter
That's why we love carnivale
All so clear we can sing to
Sun and beaches they call
Dance to the music, passion and love
Show us the best you can do
Everyone here is on fire
Get up and join in the fun
Dance with a stranger, romance and danger
Magic could happen for real, in Rio
All by it self (it self)
You can't see it coming
You can't find it anywhere else (anywhere else)
It's real, in Rio
Know something else (something else)
You can feel it happen
You can feel it all by yourself
All the birds of a feather
Do what they love most of all
Moon and the stars, strumming guitars
That's why we love carnivale
Soon, a pair of blue Macaws, named Blu and Jewel, joined in the song, as well.
Jewel: Loving our life in the jungle
Everything's wild and free
Blu: Never alone, 'cause
Both: This is our home
Magic can happen for real, in Rio
All by it self (by it self)
You can't see it coming
You can't find it anywhere else
While they sang and danced with their three children (a girl and two boys), a rapping red-crested cardinal, Pedro, grinned, and thought, "My turn, guys!"
I'm a kako wero kinga kinga kinga kinga
Birds like me, 'cause I'm a hot winga
(There's your hota winga aha)
Nico, a yellow canary that loved to samba, and wore a green bottlecap with purple-stripes as a hat, sang the lively song, including their Toco Toucan friend, Rafael, who was in their tree-nest with his beautiful wife, Eva, and their 17 kids.
Nico: Here, everybody loves samba (I like the Samba)
Rafael: Rhythm you feel in your heart (I'm the Samba master)
Nico: Beauty and love, what more could you want
Everything can be for real, in Rio
Here's something else (something else)
Birds: You just feel it happening
You won't find it anywhere else
