Hi! Ok, so I saw this comic about how Albus Severus Potter was named and I thought it was funny. So I made a story of it! It's just a quick one-shot.
"Hey Ginny," Teddy said sliding into a chair by the table "How come Al has such a weird name?"
"Well…" Ginny said slowly.
Flashback
"No! He will not be name Albus Severus. How stupid is that?" Ginny said, practically screaming.
"Well, I think it's a great name." Harry said back.
"Well, I…" Ginny said looking over at James and Teddy, who were playing rock, paper, scissors. "Ok, I'll make you deal, if you can beat me at rock, paper, scissors, you can name him." She knew he could never win at that game.
"ok"
"Rock, Paper scissors." They both said. Ginny smirked looking down to see who won. She had rock and he had paper. Ha she won! Wait Paper covers rock… "No, no, no!" Ginny said "Best out of three."
"Rock, Paper, Scissors." She looked down again. She had rock and he had scissors. "HA, Its not Albus Severus!" She said happily.
"Best out of three, remember?" Harry said.
"Rock, Paper, Scissors." She looked down. She had Paper and he had… Scissors.
"Scissors cut paper! I win!" Harry said triumphantly.
"no!" Ginny wailed, putting her head on the table while Harry danced around sing "I win I win!"
Flashback over
"That's how he was named." Ginny said, talking in a tone like it was someone's funeral .
"Wow," Teddy said In an amazed tone "That's stupid. Hey, how was Lily Luna named?"
