Chapter 1
One day Sara Braverman walks into Luke's and comes up to the counter.
''hey sweetie.'' she says and leans over the counter for a kiss
Luke kisses her ''hey coffee?'' he asks her
''yes please.'' she tells him
''okay.'' he says
''thank you.'' she says
''welcome.'' he says
''what?'' shge questions him
''nothing.'' he says
''you look like you want to ask me for a favor.'' she tells him
''okay well maybe I do.'' he tells her
''what is it?'' she asks
''well I actucally have a meeting at the bank and then I have to run a couple or errands so could you possibly watch her for a little while?'' he asks her
''aww yea sure I would love to watch her
''okay great thanks.'' he says
''no problem.'' she says
''okay I should probably go up and shower and shave then.'' he tells her
''okay so where is she?'' she asks him
''oh upstairs doing her homework and here will you take this up to her?'' he asks her handing her a chocolate milkshake and a grilled cheese with fries
''yea sure.'' she tells him
''okay I'll be up in a little bit.'' he tells her
''okay.'' she says and takes the food and shake and goes upstairs and opens the door to the apartment
Rory looks up from the kitchen table.
''hey kido!'' Sara says
''Sara!'' Rory says excitedly
''hey here your daddy asked me to bring this up to you.'' Sara tells her putting the food and shake down in front of her
''thank you.'' Rory says
''you're welcome babe so what are you working on?'' Sara asks her running her hand down the back of Rory's head and back
''Writing.'' Rory tells her
''ah.'' Sara and sits down at the table with her
