Chapter 1 –
"Where are we going? bella asked quietly
I already told you it's a surprise, was the reply that edward gave as he drove the Volvo
Of course, Bella remembered that it was a surprise but she was just so excited she couldn't help but ask again.
"Isn't the sunshine pretty" she said, trying to fill the brooding silence that followed Edward's last sentence.
"I hate the sun," Edward said striking my face.
That's right. Edward like all Vampires hated the sun, that's why they all lived in Forks where it rains 325 days out of the year and the annual precipitation is 11.23 inches.
Im sorry for hiting you but you know I dont like the sun Edward said with darkness
Im sorry I said to him. I knew I shouldn of mentioned the sun it was just another one of my clumsy mistakes. I was always so stupid but Edward loved me anyways even though I was so stupid.
"Edward,when will you make me vampire? I asked. I want our spirits to be intertwined forever."
mrmm edward mumbled. He didn't want me to be a vampire because if i was a vampire that would make one more vampire than the world could handle.
Sooner then later we arrived at the cascade meadows.
We arrived. edward said, ripping off the car door. He grabbed my leg and dragged me out of the car to see
The field was so perfect. It was filled with perfect flowers and deer and had a perfect stream flowing through it.
Oh Edward! i shouted thoughtlessly. It is perfect."
"I wanted this to be perfect for you because you mean everything in the world to me. That's why I made this picnic for you."
There was food on a blanket.
"I love you Edward and we are going to be together forever aren't we?" I blushed profusely. edward saw this and turned away from me.
We can't be together. I don't wanna make you into a creature like me. I love you but I love you too much to make you into a creature like me." Edward suddenly threw me onto his back and we were off. He ran up the tallest tree and we were there together at the top for what seemed like forever. me and him held together and it rained on our already soaked hair, making it possibly even more soaked as the rain came down.
Then we went back and ate our food but later I said Edwrad i want to be with you always."
He looked at me with his eyes dazzling me. They were puppy dog eyes. "I want to be with you always too. I will kill anyone who ever touches you. You are my property for your entire life.
I reached out and tried to touch him and feel his beautiful skin but suddenly he suddenly grabbed my hand and squeezed it hurt and I felt my bones pushing together. I screamed in pain and he slowly let go and said "don't tempt me Jackie I can't control myself when me and you are together."
I blushed. he was so protective of me.
I turned and he was a sparkly. His sparkly eyes were sad.
Edward! you're not supposed to do that! What if someone sees? I yelled panicky. Edward growled deep in his throat, nobody knew he or the other vampire boys were vampires, only I did.
Fine, he said turning back into a vampire boy. I love you even more today than I did 14 years ago when I saw your green eyes for the first time when we met. Edward mumbled proudly. "I love you too, Edward" I said and blushed more than I ever have.
Edward then jumped on top of the Volvo and said "I must go back down to the village and feed on the sacrifice of virgins they have offered me. My dark god, Satan, commands it!"
I laughed. He was always doing this sort of thing.
